Source text - Russian Дядя Фёдор сел в автобус и поехал. Ехать было хорошо. Автобусы в это время за город совсем пустые идут. И никто им не мешал разговаривать. Дядя Фёдор спрашивал, а кот из сумки отвечал.
Дядя Фёдор спрашивает:
— Как тебя зовут?
Кот говорит:
— И не знаю как. И Барсиком меня звали, и Пушком, и Оболтусом. И даже Кис Кисычем я был. Только мне всё это не нравится. Я хочу фамилию иметь.
— Какую?
— Какую-нибудь серьёзную. Морскую фамилию. Я же из морских котов. Из корабельных. У меня и бабушка и дедушка на кораблях плавали с матросами. И меня тоже в море тянет. Очень я по океанам тоскую. Только я воды боюсь.
— А давай мы дадим тебе фамилию Матроскин, — говорит дядя Фёдор. — И с котами связано, и что-то морское есть в этой фамилии.
— Да, морское здесь есть, — соглашается кот, — это верно. А чем же это с котами связано?
— Не знаю, — говорит дядя Фёдор. — Может быть, тем, что коты полосатые и матросы тоже. У них тельняшки такие.
И кот согласился:
— Мне нравится такая фамилия — Матроскин. И морская, и серьёзная.
Он так обрадовался, что у него теперь фамилия есть, что даже заулыбался от радости. Он поглубже в сумку залез и стал свою фамилию примерять.
«Позовите, пожалуйста, кота Матроскина к телефону».
«Кот Матроскин подойти к телефону не может. Он очень занят. Он на печи лежит».
И чем больше он примерял, тем больше ему нравилось. Он из сумки высунулся и говорит:
— Очень мне нравится, что фамилия у меня не дразнительная. Не то что, например, Иванов или там Петров.
Дядя Фёдор спрашивает:
— Чем это они дразнительные?
— А тем, что всегда можно говорить: «Иванов без штанов, Петров без дров». А про Матроскина ничего такого не скажешь.
Тут автобус остановился. Они в деревню приехали.
Деревня красивая. Кругом лес, поля и речка недалеко. Ветер дует такой тёплый, и комаров нет. И народу в деревне очень мало живёт.
Дядя Фёдор увидел одного старичка и спрашивает:
— Нет ли у вас тут домика лишнего пустого? Чтобы там жить можно было.
Старик говорит:
— Да сколько хочешь! У нас за рекой новый дом построили, пятиэтажный, как в городе. Так полдеревни туда переехало. А свои дома оставили. И огороды. И даже кур кое-где. Выбирай себе любой и живи.
И пошли они выбирать. А тут к ним пёс подбегает. Лохматый такой, взъерошенный. Весь в репейниках.
— Возьмите меня к себе жить! — говорит. — Я буду вам дом охранять.
Кот не согласен:
— Нечего у нас охранять. У нас и дома-то нет. Ты к нам через год прибегай, когда мы разбогатеем. Тогда мы тебя возьмём.
Дядя Фёдор говорит:
— Ты, кот, помолчи. Хорошая собака ещё никому не мешала. Давай мы лучше узнаем, где он разговаривать научился.
— Я дачу охранял одного профессора, — отвечает пёс, — который язык зверей изучал. Вот и выучился.
— Это, наверное, мой профессор! — кричит кот. — Сёмин Иван Трофимович! У него ещё была жена, двое детей и бабушка с веником. И он всё словарь составлял «Русско-кошачий».
— «Русско-кошачий» не знаю, а «Охотничье-собачий» составлял. И «Корово-пастухачий» тоже. А бабушка теперь уже не с веником. Ей пылесос купили.
— Всё равно это мой профессор, — говорит кот.
Translation - Spanish El señor Fyodor se sentó en el autobús y salió. El trayecto estuvo bien. A esa hora los autobuses que salían de la ciudad iban casi vacíos, de modo que nadie interrumpía su conversación. El señor Fyodor preguntaba, y el gato de la bolsa respondía.
El señor Fyodor preguntó:

Estaba tan contento de tener por fin un apellido, que incluso sonreía. Gateó un poco más en la bolsa y se puso a ensayar su apellido.
«Por favor, póngame con el gato Marín.»
«El gato Marín no puede ponerse. Está muy ocupado. Está tumbado encima del horno.»
Y cuanto más lo ensayaba, más le gustaba. Se asomó de la bolsa y dijo:
—Me encanta que no se puedan hacer bromas con mi apellido. No como, por ejemplo, González o Domínguez.
El señor Fyodor preguntó:
—¿Y qué bromas se pueden hacer?
—Pues siempre se puede decir: «González, que no sales, Domínguez, los domingos.» Y con Marín no se puede decir nada.
Y en ese momento el autobús se paró. Habían llegado al pueblo.
El pueblo era bonito. Había hectáreas de bosques, campos y un riachuelo no muy lejano. El viento era cálido y no había mosquitos. Y tenía muy pocos habitantes.
El señor Fyodor vio a un anciano y le preguntó:

El anciano dijo:

Source text - English In the event that the Purchaser defaults in the payment of any
instalment of purchase price, taxes, insurance, interest, or the annual
charge described elsewhere herein, or shall default in the
performance of any other obligations set forth in this Contract, the
Seller may: at his option: (a) Declare immediately due and payable
the entire unpaid balance of purchase price, with accrued interest,
taxes, and annual charge, and demand full payment thereof, and
enforce conveyance of the land by termination of the contract or
according to the terms hereof, in which case the Purchaser shall also
be liable to the Seller for reasonable attorney's fees for services
rendered by any attorney on behalf of the Seller, or (b) sell said land
and premises or any part thereof at public auction, in such manner,
at such time and place, upon such terms and conditions, and upon
such public notice as the Seller may deem best for the interest of all
concerned, consisting of advertisement in a newspaper of general
circulation in the county or city in which the security property is
located at least once a week for Three (3) successive weeks or for
such period as applicable law may require and, in case of default of
any purchaser, to re-sell with such postponement of sale or resale
and upon such public notice thereof as the Seller may determine, and
upon compliance by the Purchaser with the terms of sale, and upon
judicial approval as may be required by law, convey said land and
premises in fee simple to and at the cost of the Purchaser, who shall
not be liable to see to the application of the purchase money; and
from the proceeds of the sale: First to pay all proper costs and
charges, including but not limited to court costs, advertising
expenses, auctioneer's allowance, the expenses, if any required to
correct any irregularity in the title, premium for Seller's bond,
auditor's fee, attorney's fee, and all other expenses of sale occurred
in and about the protection and execution of this contract, and all
moneys advanced for taxes, assessments, insurance, and with
interest thereon as provided herein, and all taxes due upon said land
and premises at time of sale, and to retain as compensation a
commission of five percent (5%) on the amount of said sale or sales;
SECOND, to pay the whole amount then remaining unpaid of the
principal of said contract, and interest thereon to date of payment,
whether the same shall be due or not, it being understood and agreed
that upon such sale before maturity of the contract the balance
thereof shall be immediately due and payable; THIRD, to pay liens of
record against the security property according to their priority of lien
and to the extent that funds remaining in the hands of the Seller are
available; and LAST, to pay the remainder of said proceeds, if any, to
the vendor, his heirs, personals representatives, successors or
assigns upon the delivery and surrender to the vendee of possession
of the land and premises, less costs and excess of obtaining
possession.'
Translation - Spanish En caso de que el comprador no pague cualquiera de las cuotas del precio de compra, tasas, seguro, intereses o la cuota anual que se describe en el presente, o de que deje de cumplir con cualquier otra de las obligaciones que se especifican en este contrato, el vendedor puede optar por:

En este caso, el vendedor podrá solicitar al comprador el pago de los honorarios de un abogado que haya actuado en su nombre.
(B) Vender dicho terreno y sus instalaciones o cualquier parte de él en una subasta pública, con la obligación de notificar la fecha y el lugar que el vendedor estime conveniente para todos los involucrados, mediante un anuncio en un periódico de circulación general en el condado o en la ciudad en la que se encuentra la propiedad al menos una vez por semana durante tres (3) semanas sucesivas o durante el periodo que exija la legislación aplicable. En caso de no existir ningún comprador, el vendedor podrá posponer la venta o reventa cuanto considere conveniente y con la notificación pública que determine. Si el comprador cumple con los términos de venta y cuenta con la aprobación judicial necesaria, se le transmitirá el terreno y sus instalaciones en pleno dominio al precio que resulte en la subasta, y no tendrá derecho a gastar el dinero de la compra. Con las ganancias de la venta:
