"Oświadczam, że każde roszczenie wysunięte przeciwko oskarżonemu, które ma zostać obsłużone i zawarte w formularzu pozwu, jest roszczeniem, które Sąd ma moc do rozstrzygania na podstawie innej niż zgodnie z Ustawą o Jurysdykcji Cywilnej i Orzeczeń Sądowych z 1982 roku lub Konwencji Lugano lub Rozporządzenia w Sprawie Wyroków, a mianowicie (należy podać przepisy na podstawie których można przyznać władzę) niezależnie od tego czy-
