I have worked in various jobs/fields since 1988, but my passion is really in translation, and started my career in this field in 1992 as a side job.Since then I have translated hundreds, if not thousands of documents in various topics from business in general, finance, environmental, automotive, medicines, even legal matters from various sources. These are from English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa. And not only documents, but I also have 3 English business/marketing books translated under my name, one of which was a best-seller, and one out of 7 volumes of the Indonesian Heritage into a Bahasa Indonesia version. And not only in writing, but I am also experienced in dealing with English speaking people in connection with my permanent jobs along the way, from embassy to localised business magazine to training of local law enforcement personnel in a government to government arrangement. I also did my share in assisting the Indonesian election process through UNDP. Along the way, I have learned to deal with so many different kind of employers and employees, local and foreign government officials from the low ranks up to the top tiers.And now, I am dedicating my full time to the translation business and ready for new challenges.For me, age is no barrier and keep myself fit by exercising daily, except weekends.
