Source text - Indonesian Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2 kegiatan besar yaitu kegiatan ekstraksi dan analisis konsentrasi serta uji efikasi hasil ekstrak limbah kulit pepaya untuk memberantas hama tanaman yaitu larva ulat grayak. Tahapan pertama yaitu ekstraksi fisik dengan metode blending dimana hal ini bertujuan untuk mencegah proses browning atau warna kecoklatan pada enzim selama proses ekstraksi serta menghindari zat-zat pengotor selain protein tidak akan ikut mengendap pada enzim. Bagian tanaman pepaya (kulit buah) tersebut diblender selama 10 menit dengan menggunakan pelarut natrium klorida (NaCl) dan natrium bisulfit (NaHSO3) yang kemudian dilakukan penambahan larutan buffer fosfat 1 M pada kondisi operasi 100C selama 24 jam dan kemudian disaring dengan penyarin nilon.
Translation - English This paper is divided into two major parts: the extraction and concentration analysis, and the efficacy test of the papaya peel extract used to eradicate plant pest, namely the armyworm larvae. The first step is physical extraction using the blending method. The purpose is to prevent the browning reaction in the enzymes during the extraction process. Another purpose of this step is to avoid impurities (other than protein) from contaminating the enzyme. The papaya peel is blended for ten minutes using sodium chloride (NaCl) and sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) solvents. One M phosphate buffer solution is then added at 100C operating condition for 24 hours. Finally, the resulting substance is filtered using nylon insulator.

Pada tingkat 2 saya menjadi Kepala Biro Kewirausahaan dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Selain itu saya juga terpilih sebagai salah satu dari 5 orang sebagai tim perwakilan mahasiswa dalam rangka pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim dosen fakultas. Di bidang akademik, saya dan tim menjadi bagian dari 56 tim “Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa(PKM)” yang didanai oleh Kemenristekdikti pada tahun 2015. Dalam projek tersebut, saya bertugas mengolah dan mengimplentasikan data menggunakan software statistic yang merupakan keahlian saya.
