If the quotation lack of substantial incompleteness regarding price, quality and quantity, Company X reserves the right by written notice to revoke the quotation. Source text - Russian Здание Пассажирского Терминала «D» В ГП МА «Борисполь»
Задачей реконструкции здания пассажирского терминала «D» В ГП МА «Борисполь» была реализация концепции обслуживания международных и внутренних рейсов «под одной крышей». До реконструкции терминала «D» обслуживание международных и внутренних рейсов выполнялось из разных терминалов, которые находились друг от друга на значительном расстоянии. В полном объеме проведена реконструкция 2-го и частичная реконструкция 1-го этажей терминала «D». Выполнены уникальные работы по интегрированию нового смонтированного оборудования с существующими системами: обработки багажа, кондиционирования, вентиляции, электроснабжения, оповещения, противопожарной автоматики, видеонаблюдения, контроля доступа, контроля периметра, общественного телевидения, единого времени и других систем. Работы по реконструкции выполнялись в условиях непрерывной эксплуатации терминала «D». После реконструкции пассажиропоток терминала увеличился на 900 пассажиров в час.

Source text - German Die Ökonomen der Bundesbank haben vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht, in wie weit sich die Inflationsentwicklung in Deutschland in den vergangenen Jahren durch das Modell der Phillips-Kurve erklären lässt. Diese Kurve legt in ihrer ursprünglichen Variante nahe, dass höhere Inflationsraten mit geringen Arbeitslosenquoten einhergehen und umgekehrt. Die Bundesbank-Ökonomen nutzten für ihre Untersuchungen jedoch eine modifizierte Form des Modells, die neukeynesianische Phillips-Kurve. Diese untersucht nicht nur den Zusammenhang zwischen realwirtschaftlichen Einflussgrößen – etwa der Situation am Arbeitsmarkt – und der aktuellen Inflationsrate. Sie berücksichtigt zudem den Einfluss von Inflationserwartungen und von außenwirtschaftlichen Einflüssen auf die Preissteigerungen. Однак у своєму дослідженні економісти Федерального банку Німеччини використали модифіковану форму моделі, так звану новокейнсіанську криву Філліпса. Ця модель дозволяє не лише дослідити зв’язок між факторами впливу у реальному секторі економіки, такими як ситуація на ринку праці і поточний рівень інфляції, а й вплив інфляційних очікувань і зовнішньоекономічних чинників на зростання цін. Source text - German Eine Null als Nennwert auf einem Schein mit aufgedruckter Euro-Währung - was auf den ersten Blick paradox erscheint, entpuppt sich beim zweiten Hinsehen als reizvolle neue Sammelidee für Liebhaber gedruckter Noten und ausgefallener Souvenirs. Hierbei steht nämlich nicht der Gedanke eines offiziellen Zahlungsmittels im Vordergrund, sondern vielmehr der eines attraktiven Andenkens in authentisch wirkender numismatischer Form. Die Idee für die Euro-Souvenir-Scheine hatte ursprünglich Richard Faille, ein Geschäftsmann mit Faible für Kultur und Tourismus. Er stammt aus der zentralfranzösischen Stadt Chamalieres, wo sich die Banknotendruckerei der Banque de France befindet - was sich später als Vorteil erweisen sollte. Bereits 1996 entwickelte er ein Konzept für Gedenkmedaillen, das er bis 2012 in Kooperation mit der Monnaie de Paris angesichts zig Millionen verkaufter Exemplare erfolgreich realisierte.
Idee und Konzept
Nach den Gedenkprägungen war Faille, wie es heißt, auf der Suche nach einem neuen Souvenir mit einer starken Symbolik. Resultat: ein personalisierter Schein mit Abbildungen von beliebten kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten Europas. Erneut gelang es dem Tüftler eine höchst renommierte Institution als Partner zu gewinnen.
Translation - Ukrainian Нуль в якості номіналу євро-банкноти, який на перший погляд виглядає парадоксально, насправді є розумною ідеєю щодо колекціювання для любителів надрукованих банкнот і незвичайних сувенірів. Звичайно основною метою створення цієї банкноти було не створення офіційного платіжного засобу, а скоріше створення привабливого сувеніру, який має вигляд справжнього нумізматичного продукту. Ідея створення сувенірних євро-банкнот належить Рішару Фаю – бізнесмену, який захоплюється культурою і туризмом. Він походить з міста Шамальєр на півдні Франції, де знаходиться банкнотна фабрика Банку Франції, що пізніше виявиться перевагою для Фая. Ще у 1996 році він розробив концепцію пам'ятних медалей, яку він успішно реалізував до 2012, співпрацюючи з Паризьким монетним двором, про що свідчило багато мільйонів проданих одиниць таких медалей.
Ідея і концепція
Після виготовлення пам'ятної продукції Фай, як то кажуть, шукав новий сувенірний продукт, який би мав сильну символіку. Результат: персоніфікована банкнота з зображеннями улюблених європейських культурних пам'яток. Майстру знову вдалося залучити дуже відому установу в якості партнера.

Source text - English On 24 July 2014, the International Accounting Standards Board published International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 9 Financial Instruments (IFRS 9). IFRS 9 aims to improve the financial reporting of financial instruments by addressing concerns that arose in that area during the financial crisis. In particular, IFRS 9 responds to the G20’s call to move to a more forward-looking model for the recognition of expected credit losses on financial assets. In relation to the recognition of expected credit losses on financial assets it replaces International Accounting Standard (IAS) 39. The Commission adopted IFRS 9 through Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/2067. In accordance with that Regulation, credit institutions and investment firms (‘institutions’) that use IFRS to prepare their financial statements are required to apply IFRS 9 as of the starting date of their first financial year starting on or after 1 January 2018. The application of IFRS 9 may lead to a sudden significant increase in expected credit loss provisions and consequently to a sudden decrease in institutions’ Common Equity Tier 1 capital. While the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is currently considering the longer-term regulatory treatment of expected credit loss provisions, transitional arrangements should be introduced in Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council to mitigate that potentially significant negative impact on Common Equity Tier 1 capital arising from expected credit loss accounting.
Translation - Ukrainian 24 липня 2014 року Рада з Міжнародних стандартів бухгалтерського обліку опублікувала міжнародний стандарт фінансової звітності (МСФЗ) 9 «Фінансові інструменти» (далі – МСФЗ 9). Метою МСФЗ 9 є покращення фінансової звітності за фінансовими інструментами шляхом врегулювання проблем, які виникли у цій сфері під час фінансової кризи. Зокрема, МСФЗ 9 надається відповідь на заклик країн Групи двадцяти щодо переходу до більш орієнтованої на майбутнє моделі визнання очікуваних кредитних збитків за фінансовими активами. У частині визнання очікуваних кредитних збитків за фінансовими активами МСФЗ 9 заміщує Міжнародний стандарт бухгалтерського обліку (МСБО) 39. Комісія впровадила МСФЗ 9 Регламентом (ЄС) 2016/2067. Згідно з цим Регламентом кредитні установи і інвестиційні компанії (далі – установи), які складають фінансову звітність відповідно до МСФЗ, повинні застосовувати МСФЗ 9 з дати початку їхнього першого фінансового року, який починається з або після 1 січня 2018 року. Застосування МСФЗ 9 може призвести до раптового значного збільшення резервів під очікувані кредитні збитки і відповідно до раптового зменшення обсягу основного капіталу першого рівня таких установ. В той час як Базельський комітет з банківського нагляду наразі розглядає питання застосування тривалішого регуляторного підходу до резервів під очікувані кредитні збитки, перехідні механізми мають бути впровадженими Регламентом Європейського парламенту і Ради (ЄС) № 575/2013 з метою пом'якшення потенційного значного негативного впливу, який визнання очікуваних кредитних збитків може мати на основний капітал першого рівня.

Source text - Ukrainian Паніка на світових ринках, через стрімке поширення пандемії коронавірусу в березні, спровокувала збільшення турбулентності на фінансовому ринку України, у тому числі валютному сегменті. Підвищений попит на іноземну валюту був згенерований переважно вітчизняними клієнтами банків та населенням, і мав передусім психологічну природу, тоді як попит з боку нерезидентів був порівняно стриманим. З метою стабілізації грошово-кредитного ринку центральний банк України вжив заходи спрямовані на розширення можливостей банків в управлінні власною ліквідністю та запобігання поширенню паніки на валютному ринку, уникаючи застосування будь-яких обмежень. Завдяки цьому ажіотажний попит на іноземну валюту вщух уже наприкінці березня.
Зростання турбулентності на валютному ринку України – наслідок погіршення настроїв у відповідь на невизначеність з поширенням вірусу та паніку на світових ринках. Швидке поширення пандемії коронавірусу в березні спричинило паніку на світових товарних та фінансових ринках. Це, разом із посиленням невизначеності на внутрішньому ринку, призвело до зростання турбулентності на валютному ринку України та девальваційного тиску на гривню.
Translation - English Panic on the global markets due to the rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic in March increased turbulence on the Ukrainian financial market, including in its FX segment. Stronger demand for foreign currency was mainly generated by domestic bank customers and households, and was primarily caused by psychological factors. Meanwhile, demand from nonresidents was relatively moderate. With a view to stabilizing the money market, the Ukrainian central bank took measures to expand the banks’ ability to manage their own liquidity, and to prevent the spread of panic on the foreign exchange market, while also not imposing any restrictions. These measures had already stopped the panic buying of foreign currency by late March.
The growing turbulence on the Ukrainian foreign exchange market resulted from worsening sentiment on the back of uncertainty over the spread of the virus and panic on the global markets. The rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic in March caused panic on the global commodity and financial markets. This, combined with heightened uncertainty on the domestic market, triggered a surge in turbulence on the Ukrainian FX market, while also putting depreciation pressures on the hryvnia.

Die deutsche Leistungsbilanz verzeichnete im August 2018 einen Überschuss von 15,3 Mrd €. Das Ergebnis lag um 0,2 Mrd € über dem Niveau des Vormonats. Der Aktivsaldo im Warenhandel verminderte sich geringfügig, während der Rückgang des Passivsaldos im Bereich der „unsichtbaren“ Leistungstransaktionen, die Dienstleistungen sowie Primär- und Sekundäreinkommen umfassen, im Vergleich dazu etwas größer ausfiel.
Der Überschuss im Warenhandel gab im Berichtsmonat gegenüber dem Vormonat um 0,3 Mrd € auf 18,2 Mrd € nach. Die Wareneinfuhren im Außenhandel verminderten sich zwar stärker als die Warenausfuhren. Per Saldo wurde dies insbesondere dadurch mehr als ausgeglichen, dass die Warenergänzungen bei den Ausfuhren ab- und bei den Einfuhren zunahmen.
Translation - English Balance of services surplus rises insignificantly
The German balance of services recorded a surplus of EUR 15.3 billion in August 2018, up by EUR 200 million compared to last month. The surplus in the trade in goods declined slightly. In contrast, the deficit in “invisible” service transactions, such as services and primary and secondary income, narrowed somewhat.
The surplus in the trade in goods decreased by EUR 300 million to EUR 18.2 billion in the month under review. Imports of goods dropped more pronouncedly than exports of goods. On balance, however, this was more than offset by a decrease in exports of goods and an increase in imports of goods.
