I was born in Dhaka .I went to a co-education secondary school named Nahar Academy.This school gave
me very nice reflection about ideal learning environment under the supervision of dedicated group of
teachers.After completing secondary school,I went to Holy Cross College for my H.S.C.A very different
calm and serene Catholic institution Holy Cross, gave me a solid and subtle view about my own
identity.From the day first of college life I started to believe that a Holy Cross member never gets
defeated against the unfairness and inhuman approaches of the world.Holy Cross injected the ambition
within myself to become a special person someday to perform great responsibilities towards my
community and my country people.With this ambition,I entered Dhaka University as a student of the
Department of English.My three years bachelor in pure English literature ornamented my personality
with nonconformist philosophy and psychology.The Department developed my aesthetic sense towards
literature,society,people and also bloomed a passion for painting and appreciating art.Side by side with
my University education,I started learning painting under the supervision of eminent Artist
Professor.Abdus Shakur,Professor,Charukala Institute,DU.After completing M.A. in Applied Linguistics
and ELT,I joined AUB as a lecturer in English.I did my second M.A.in English Language Teaching from
IML,DU.I worked at NUB and ASAUB .I joined AIUB in the Department of English in 2010.I am very happy
to work in such a highly systematic academic environment under very skilled Management at AIUB.In
fact I am really proud to be a faculty member at AIUB.
