Source text - English (b)Payment. All Lessee rental payments will be made to XYZ in Euro (€) currency by Wire Transfer to .................., BIC/SWIFT: ....................., IBAN: ......................, XYZ FoodTeck, SpA. If XYZ accepts promissory notes or other evidences of indebtedness in lieu of cash (which it shall do in its sole discretion), the same will not constitute payment until XYZ has collected the full amount thereof in cash.
(d)Default Payment. Should Lessee fail to make rental payments as provided above, this will constitute a default, and in addition to the absolute right to repossess said Machines and recover damages and rentals as provided for in the separate Annex, XYZ will also have the right to recover legal interest on all default payments without notice.
(e)Late Fee and Interest. If Lessee is late with any payment of an amount due pursuant to this Lease, XYZ, at its discretion, may charge Lessee a late fee in the amount of 10% of the amount due. In addition to being charged a late fee, Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments, at the rate of 6% per annum, payable at the time designated for the payment of rental; if said interest is not so paid, it shall be added to the rental and shall bear interest at the same rate.

Όλα τα μισθώματα θα καταβάλλονται στην εκμισθώτρια εταιρία XYZ σε νόμισμα του Ευρώ μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος στον κάτωθι λογαριασμό: ................, BIC/SWIFT: .............., IBAN: ............................, (δικαιούχος) XYZ FoodTeck, SpA. Εάν η εκμισθώτρια εταιρία XYZ δέχεται γραμμάτια (εις διαταγήν), ή κάποιο άλλο αποδεικτικό οφειλής αντί μετρητών (το οποίο βρίσκεται στην αποκλειστική διακριτική της ευχέρεια), το ίδιο δεν συνιστά καταβολή, μέχρι η εκμισθώτρια εταιρία να συγκεντρώσει το πλήρες ποσό σε μετρητά.

Εάν η μισθώτρια καθυστερήσει να καταβάλει το οφειλόμενο ποσό σύμφωνα με την σύμβαση μίσθωσης, η εκμισθώτρια XYZ μπορεί, κατά της διακριτική της ευχέρεια, να επιβάλει ένα τέλος της τάξεως του 10% του οφειλόμενου ποσού. Source text - English {1}Share Capital and Variation of Rights{2}
Without prejudice to any special rights previously conferred on the holders of any existing shares or class of shares, any share in the Company may be issued with such preferred, deferred or other special rights or such restrictions, whether in regard to dividend, voting, return of capital or otherwise as the Company may from time to time by ordinary resolution determine.
Subject to sections 49 to 49S of the Ordinance, the Company may issue shares on the terms that they are, or at the option of the Company or the holder of the shares are liable, to be redeemed on such terms and in such manner as may be provided by the Company's articles of association.
If at any time the share capital is divided into different classes of shares, the rights attached to any class may, whether or not the Company is being wound up, be varied with the consent in writing of the holders of three- fourths in nominal value of the issued shares of that class, or with the sanction of a special resolution passed at a separate general meeting of the holders of the shares of that class.
The rights conferred upon the holders of the shares of any class issued with preferred or other rights shall not, unless otherwise expressly provided by the terms of issue of the shares of that class, be deemed to be varied by the creation or issue of further shares ranking pari passu therewith.

Με την επιφύλαξη τυχόν ειδικών δικαιωμάτων που έχουν προηγουμένως παραχωρηθεί στους κατόχους οποιωνδήποτε υπαρχουσών μετοχών ή τάξεως μετοχών, κάθε μετοχή της Εταιρίας δύναται να εκδίδεται με τέτοια δικαιώματα προτίμησης, προνομιούχα με υπό αίρεση απόδοση δικαιώματα ή άλλα ειδικά δικαιώματα, ή με τέτοιους περιορισμούς που αφορούν, είτε το μέρισμα, το δικαίωμα ψήφου, την επιστροφή κεφαλαίου, είτε διαφορετικά, που η Εταιρία δύναται να καθορίζει κατά διαστήματα με τακτική απόφαση.
Με την επιφύλαξη των άρθρων 49 έως 49S του Κανονισμού, η Εταιρία δύναται να εκδίδει μετοχές υπό τους όρους ότι πρόκειται να αποπληρωθούν, ή κατ’ επιλογή της Εταιρίας ή του κατόχου των μετοχών που είναι υπόχρεοι να τις αποπληρώσουν σύμφωνα με αυτούς τους όρους και με τον τρόπο που προβλέπεται από το καταστατικό της Εταιρίας.

Hello. Iam Poppy. I have studied Law (LLB) in Greece (Democritus University of Thrace) and have worked as a lawyer for three years. I just graduated from my Master programme in Professional Translation (MA) from the University of Strasbourg, attending live lessons in SCG (Scientific College of Greece), and I have turned myself with great passion towards professional translation, as well as other facets of this profession. It is a work area that I find quite fascinating and with many great new things to learn and discover.
My linquistic combinations are English to Greek & Greek to English, as well as German to Greek & Greek to German. I also specialize in post-editing and proofreading, I undertake Legal translations and I love the fields of marketing and tourism. I work on creating content, since I have also worked as an editor and reporter for several years in magazines and editorials. I love radio production, another field which enabled me to expand my communication skills and become sociable and curious to explore more and more subjects.
Last but not least, the area of transcreation is another interesting work area for me, as I would like to work on digital marketing combined with translation and copywriting, and bring a fresh, brand new result in the market.
