Pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengajarkan bahasa Arab kepada peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yaitu menguasai kemahiran berbahasa asing. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan terkait pembelajar bahasa Arab pada ibu rumah tangga Komplek Perumahan Telaga Sakinah Kabupaten Bekasi yang belum berjalan secara optimal. Masalah ini disebabkan oleh kegiatan belajar yang membosankan, latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda, dan kemampuan bahasa asing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembelajaran, hambatan, dan upaya mengatasi kendala dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kalangan ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada ibu rumah tangga di Perumahan Telaga Sakinah sudah optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari kesesuaian tujuan, metode, materi, media, langkah, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kalangan ibu rumah tangga di Perumahan Telaga Sakinah meliputi faktor internal yang berasal dari kurangnya komitmen diri dan faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas dan lingkungan yang kurang mendukung. (3) Upaya mengatasi kendala pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kalangan ibu rumah tangga di perumahan Telaga Sakinah dengan membiasakan diri berbahasa Arab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Translation - English Abstract
Arabic language learning is an activity that is done by teachers to teach Arabic to learners to achieve learning objectives that are mastering foreign language proficiency. This research is motivated by problems related to Arabic learners in the housewives of Telaga Sakinah Housing Complex in Bekasi Regency which has not been running optimally. This issue is caused by boring learning activities, different educational backgrounds, and foreign language skills. The purpose of this research is to find out learning, obstacles, and efforts to overcome problems in learning Arabic among housewives. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) Arabic learning among housewives at Telaga Sakinah Housing has been optimal. This can be seen from the suitability of objectives, methods, materials, media, steps, and learning evaluation. (2) Obstacles faced in learning Arabic among housewives at Telaga Sakinah Housing include internal factors that come from a lack of self-commitment and external factors such as facilities and the environment that are less supportive. (3) Efforts to overcome the problems of learning Arabic among housewives in Telaga Sakinah housing by accustoming themselves to speaking Arabic in everyday life.

SUGGESTIONS FOR FACILITATORS
6.1 General suggestions
Suggestions for setting up and running groups
• Start all the groups with the usual greetings.
• Remind group members at the start of each session (and if needed during a session) that their conversations will remain confidential and that they have a right to privacy.
• Try to be mindful of seating arrangements. It’s best for everyone in the group, including the facilitator, to sit at the same level if possible.
Suggestions for good communication
• Always speak in a friendly tone.
• Try to encourage group members to talk openly about what they think and feel, by asking open-ended
questions. For example: How do you feel? How have you been feeling since we last met?
• After listening to the group member, you can summarize what you have understood about their problems.
In this way, the group member will know that you have heard and tried to understand their problems. The
group member will also have the opportunity to correct you if you have not understood the problem correctly.
• You should show that you are listening by using non-verbal cues such as looking at the person when they
are talking, nodding, saying Uh-huh.

Suggestions for working with group members in Group IPT
• Encourage group members to express their feelings about problems, even when those feelings are painful.
− For example: It can be very hard expressing difficult feelings, but it usually helps. Try to tell us how you
are feeling. You are safe here in the group.
• Get information from group members that will help understand the problems they are having in their lives. Do this by asking the following kinds of questions.
1. Ask direct questions, such as:
− Could you tell me about your children?
− Who are the important people in your life?
− Who did you see this week?
2. Ask open-ended questions, such as:
− Tell me about your depression and when you think it began.
− What is the reason you felt so sad this week?

Saran untuk menyiapkan dan menjalankan kelompok
• Mulai semua kelompok dengan salam seperti biasa.
• Ingatkan anggota kelompok di awal setiap sesi (dan jika dibutuhkan ketika dalam sesi) bahwa percakapan mereka akan tetap rahasia dan mereka memiliki hak atas privasi.
• Perhatikan pengaturan tempat duduk. Ada baiknya untuk semua orang yang ada di kelompok, termasuk fasilitator, untuk duduk di ketinggian yang sama jika memungkinkan.
Saran untuk komunikasi yang baik

Saran untuk bekerja dengan anggota kelompok di Kelompok IPT
• Dorong anggota kelompok untuk mengungkapkan perasaan mereka terhadap masalah, bahkan ketika perasaan tersebut menyakitkan.
- Contoh: Terkadang mengekspresikan perasaan sulit, namun biasanya itu membantu. Coba beritahu kamu perasaan anda. Anda aman di dalam grup ini.
• Dapatkan informasi dari anggota kelompok yang akan membantu memahami masalah yang mereka hadapi dalam hidup mereka. Lakukan ini dengan mengajukan pertanyaan seperti berikut.
1. Ajukan pertanyaan langsung, seperti:
- Apakah anda dapat memberitahu saya tentang anak-anak anda?
- Siapakah orang-orang yang penting dalam hidup anda?
- Bertemu dengan siapa minggu ini?
2. Tanyakan pertanyaan terbuka, seperti:
- Ceritakan tentang depresi anda dan kapan anda mulai merasakannya.
- Apakah alasan dibalik perasaan sedih anda minggu ini?
