• при неуплате Страхователем страховой премии или страхового взноса (при уплате в рассрочку) в оговоренные Договором страхования сроки – с 00 часов дня, следующего за 30-ти дневным льготным периодом, за исключением несвоевременного выставления счета Страховщиком, а также нарушения Страховщиком условий перестрахования;
• при исполнении Страховщиком своих обязательств в полном объеме (выплате страхового возмещения в размере страховой суммы) – со дня списания денег с расчетного счета Страховщика, если иное не согласовано сторонами в дополнительном соглашении к Договору;
• при ликвидации Страхователя или Страховщика, за исключением случаев замены Страхователя в договоре при его ликвидации, явившейся следствием реорганизации Страхователя (слияния, присоединения, разделения, выделения, преобразования).
Translation - English The Insurance Contract shall be terminated:
• in case the Insured fails to pay the insurance premium or insurance contribution (if paid by installments) within the term specified by the Insurance Contract - from 00 hours of the day following the 30-day grace period, except when the Insurer does not forward the invoice in time, as well as in case when the Insurer violates the terms of reinsurance;
• when the Insurer fulfills its obligations in full (payment of insurance compensation equal to the insurance amount) - from the day the money is debited from the Insurer’s current account, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in a supplementary agreement to the Agreement;
• upon liquidation of the Insured or the Insurer, with the exception of cases when the Insured is replaced in the contract upon its liquidation resulting from the reorganization of the Insured (merger, take-over, separation, spin-off, transformation).
