Според очакванията икономическата активност в световен мащаб ще остане и занапред силна, макар че темпът на растеж постепенно ще се забави. Нарастването на световната търговия се очаква да остане устойчиво в краткосрочен план, докато инфлацията ще се повишава бавно поради намаляването на свободните производствени мощности в световен мащаб. В условията на продължаващия икономически подем доходността на държавните облигации в еврозоната се повишаваше от средата на декември 2017 г. Спредовете по корпоративните облигации обаче останаха в общи линии стабилни, а средните спредове между доходността на държавните облигации и лихвата по овърнайт индексирания суап донякъде намаляха като цяло. Цените на акциите се понижиха в среда, отличаваща се със силни колебания. На валутните пазари еврото поскъпна в номинално ефективно изражение.
Translation - English The economics evaluation of the Governing Council of ECB as of March 8, 2018 reports that during the second half of 2017, the global economy had been growing at a more accelerated rate and has provided additional incentive for exports from the Euro Area. As per expectations, global economic activity will retain high levels in future periods despite the fact that growth rate will gradually decelerate. The increase in global trade is expected to retain stable levels in the short term, while inflation will increase slowly due to decreasing free production capacities on a global scale. In the conditions of continued economic upturn, profitability of government bonds in the Euro Area has been increasing since mid-December 2017. The spreads on corporate bonds, however, have remained stable overall and the medium spreads between the profitability of government bonds and the interest on overnight indexed interest on overnight indexed swap have marked a certain overall level of decrease. Prices of shares have decreased in an environment distinct for high rates of fluctuation. On the currency markets, the Euro has risen from nominal effective point of view.

The purpose of this study was to compare haemodynamics at rest and during exercise after clinically indicated aortic valve replacement (AVR) for aortic stenosis among patients randomly assigned to one of three haemodynamically excellent bioprostheses.
METHODS:
In a single-centre, prospective trial, 60 patients undergoing clinically indicated AVR were randomly assigned to [*], [*] or [*] bioprostheses. Six months after surgery, patients underwent supine bicycle stress echocardiography for the assessment of aortic valve haemodynamics.

МЕТОДИ:
