Hi everyone!

My name is Anne-Gaëlle Duvauchel. I am a freelance translator and I mostly translate from English into French.

I can also proofread Spanish
and Chinese (simplified) into French.

I have been proofreading Chinese birth certificates for more than six years now!

I have a Master's degree with distinction specialised in English and Cultural Studies from Université de Franche-Comté, in France. Throughout those years, I had translation courses. I also had the opportunity to work in a translation agency in Scotland as an Assistant Project Manager (6 months). I have been working for them as a translator for six years now.

I have been working with MemoQ, SDL Trados and OmegaT.

Now, I am back in France where I work as a Project Manger - in a translation agency - but I am also a freelance translator, under the commercial name Trad'Anne. I only translate and proofread into my native language.

I have also been an English tutor, specialised in the construction industry for four years and a English teacher for pupils from 11 to 15 years old for a year and a half.
