Pharmacodynamics.
The medicine stimulates the synthesis of interferon and cellular component of
immune system, which allows it to be used at different stages of the infection (both for prevention and treatment of the disease). It has an anti-inflammatory effect on mucous and synovial membranes, which leads to the reduction of exudation and edema symptoms It helps to reduce intoxication and has a mild antipyretic effect.
The dual mechanism of action is provided both by improving the of the systemic and local immunity, and direct antiviral action of this medicine.
According to clinical studies, the preventive use of the medicine several times reduces the risk of viral respiratory diseases or influenza. When used for treatment, it accelerates recovery, prevents complications.

Автор ряда книг по управлению в ИТ, карьере руководителя и коммуникациям, включая «Секреты управления программистами», «Белая книжная полка менеджера», «Джедайские техник конструктивного общения». В прошлом менеджер в компаниях Intel и Sun Microsystems, Inc.
В 2005 году я оказался в Ирландии на своем первом управленческом тренинге «Management Through People». Нам рассказывали о 6 фазах цикла менеджмента и том, чем ты как менеджер должен заниматься. Казалось бы этому и нужно учиться? Оказалось, что нет. Выяснилось, что какие-то вещи интуитивно понятны и практически не вызывают ошибок у менеджеров, а какие-то являются граблями, на которые наступают все.
Более того, в рамках каждой фазы (например «Донесение обратной связи») есть примерно два десятка разноплановых ошибок, которые менеджеры любят совершать. Однако, когда в течение года творческого отпуска пытаешься найти ответ на то, как же заново найти себя в работе, начинаешь переосмысливать свой скепсис, особенно когда видишь, как работают инструменты.

However, when you try to find a way how to rediscover yourself in your work during your sabbatical year, you begin to reevaluate your skepticism, especially when you see that the tools work.
