Source text - English If vendors or salespeople are going to be customercentric, it is important that they understand how human beings make buying decisions. As with air, water, food, and shelter, humans also have an innate need for control. When buying, people have a sense of control over the process as they set a budget, determine their needs, and take action to satisfy them. In stark contrast, when a person is being sold to, a financially incented salesperson is attempting to convince, persuade, or influence a buying decision from that person. Most buyers at some point have been taken advantage of, manipulated, and pressured while being sold. For that reason, they don’t want to allow the seller to be in control. They want to minimize the seller’s influence on their requirements and buying decisions.

Бетонна отломка от моста на бул. „Цариградско шосе“ при Четвърти километър в София падна и проби предното стъкло на кола в движение. За щастие, няма пострадали. Инцидентът е станал в час пик. Мъж пътувал с автомобила си от кв. „Младост“ в посока център. Когато обаче минал под моста, върху колата му паднала отломка, която пробила предното стъкло. Паднала на седалката до него. В автомобила е имало и друг пътник, но той бил на задната седалка. От Службата за аварийна помощ и превенция към Столична община дойдоха на място, за да обрушат моста.
Translation - English A concrete piece of material fell off the bridge on Tzarigradsko shosse, near the Fourth kilometer, in Sofia, and penetrated the front shield of a driving-by car. Luckily, there were no casualties. The accident happened during peak hours. A man was driving from the Mladost complex towards the city center. However, when passing under the bridge a piece of concrete fell on his car and broke the front window. The piece of the debris landed on the passenger's seat next to him. Luckily, another passenger in the car was sitting on the back seat. The Emergency Service Department within Sofia Municipality arrived at the scene to demolish the bridge.
