I am an international lawyer, with expertise in
corporate law (including M&A and capital markets), contract law,
intellectual property, privacy, European lay, international law and litigation.

I worked for more than 10 years in leading
international law firms where, very often I had to draft legal documents in
double language (Italian and English) for clients.

Usually I drafted such double language documents by
myself. Few times, however, I asked translations to external translators. In
such cases, I always checked translations made by external translators before
sending documents to clients and I noted that my translation skills were better
than those of external translators.
