Born and raised in Volgograd, Russia, I now live in Greece with my Greek husband and our 8-year-old son. Back in 1991 I spent an academic year stydying at North Toronto Collegiate Institute, Toronto, Canada and in 1997 attended English language courses in Coventry, England. I graduated from Volgograd State Teachers Training University in 1997 and worked as a private tutor of English for school children of various age groups for some 10-15 years. Worked in a Russian-Greek joint venture in Volgograd as an interpreter/translator (English<>Russian), then moved to Moscow and worked in a translation agency as an account manager (foreign clients) for almost 10 years. Attended Greek language courses at the Greek Culture Center in Moscow for 3 years.
