I have the experience and drive to ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining a high standard.  I have a methodical, customer focused approach to work and a strong drive to see things through to completion.  I have owned and operated a coffee franchise which has given me the ability to asses and analyse issues promptly therefore avoiding any negative customer or business impact.  The franchise also gave me experience in managing a staff of forty people, dealing with employee issues, ensuring salaries were paid on time, ensuring work schedules were created and posted for the staff four weeks in advance, inventory checks which were meticulously done as I am attentive to details and the general running of the store daily.  I was the highest performing store in Canada for several months which proves I have the ability to excel in any given environment.  I pride myself on my experience though I am fully open to learning new skills required for any position.
