Bio

I have 8 years of experience in translation. In 2012, I began my career
in a publishing house in Moscow. There I translated scientific articles from
Russian into English, proofread various texts and worked with Elsevier’s Scopus
database. The articles I translated were from various scientific and research
fields, such as metallurgy, mining, gems, geology, materials science etc. Since
2018 I have been living in Slovenia and working as a freelance translator and
editor.

My first degree (2006-2012) is in economics and metallurgy, obtained at National
University of Science and Technology (MISiS).

My second degree (2015-2017) is in literary translation, obtained at
Maxim Gorky Literature Institute.

My working languages are English, Slovenian and German.
