Цель: Разработка способов детоксикации различных орехов при контаминации афлатоксином В₁ с определением их ветеринарно-санитарной оценки.
Проблема микотоксикозов началась в 1961 году в Великобритании, но до сих пор она не решена до конца и является актуальным вопросам. В настоящее время во многих странах в области сельского хозяйства и ветеринарии она наносит колоссальный социально-экономический ущерб, о чем свидетельствуют следующие данные. По данным Продовольственной и сельскохозяйственной организации Объединенных Наций (ФАО), четверть мировых сельскохозяйственных культур поражена микротоксинами [1]. Афлатоксин В₁, как мощный канцероген для человека связан с серьезными осложнениями для здоровья [2]. Это был причинный фактор для рака печени и острого гепатита, а также периодических вспышек острого афлатоксикоза, приводящего к смерти [3].
Основные подходы к проведению исследованию Научно-исследовательская работа будет проведена в лаборатории пищевой безопасности НАО «КАТУ им.С.Сейфуллина». Объектом исследований будут различные орехи крупных отечественных производителей и зарубежных поставщиков.

Goal: Development of techniques for detoxification of various nuts with aflatoxin В₁ contamination in accordance with the results of their veterinary and sanitary assessment.
The problem of mycotoxicosis began in 1961 in the UK, but it is still not completely solved and remains a topical issue. Currently, in many countries in the field of agriculture and veterinary medicine, it causes enormous socio-economic damage, as evidenced by the following data. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), a quarter of the world's crops are affected by mycotoxins [1]. Aflatoxin B₁, as a powerful human carcinogen, is associated with serious health complications [2]. This was a causal factor for liver cancer and acute hepatitis, as well as periodic outbreaks of acute aflatoxicosis leading to death [3].
The main approaches to the research. The research will be carried out in the laboratory of food safety of NJSC "S. Seifullin KATU". The object of the research will be various nuts of major domestic producers and foreign suppliers.
