"....Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou právnej úpravy dane z prijmov fyzických osôb,
a to právnej úpravy dane z prijmov z podnikania podľa súčasnej právnej úpravy.
Obsahom práce je všeobecná charakteristika dane z prijmov fyzických osôb,jej historický vývoj ako aj komparácia s právnou úpravou v Spojenom kráľovstve ,Veľkej Britanie.
Cieľom práce je analýza uvedenej problematiky pri využití dostupných zdrojovb uvedených v zozname použitej literatúry pre potreby správnej aplikácie zákona.

"....The submitted bachelor thesis deals with issues of tax legislations from receipts of individuals,
receipts of tax legislations of dependent activities, income taxes from businesses by the current legislation.
The content of the work is general characteristics of income tax of individuals the historical developments, as well as the comparison of legislation in the United Kingdom.
The aim of this work is analysing the above mentioned issue, utilising the available resources listed in the used literature, for the correct application of the law.
