In the to be erected free blasting system should be sand blasted work pieces out of steel.
As blasting material steel grit is designated. Allowed are only non-silicon containing blasting materials.

The offered free blasting system is designed for manual blasting of the above mentioned work pieces. The work pieces are charged in and out of the system on construction site with a railcarrier.

With a fully automatically blasting material cycle the blasting material falls down through the gridirons into the built-under blasting material flat conveyor during the blasting process.
These conveyors are conveying the blasting material to a lateral conveyor. The blasting material is being transported into the height through a bucket elevator and is being cleaned from dust particles in an efficiently working cascade wind sifter.

Thereupon the blasting material flows in a storage hopper and is being stored temporarily up to the re-filling of the pressure blasting tank. The during the blasting process occurring dusty air is being extracted and cleaned over special, ecologically harmless filter systems. The rest dust value after passing the filter system is far under the allowed extreme values.

Монтируемая система дробеструйной обработки со свободной струей предназначена для обработки стальных деталей.
В качестве обрабатывающего материала используется стальная остроугольная дробь. В оборудовании допускается использовать только материалы, которые не содержат кремний.

Предлагаемая система дробеструйной обработки со свободной струей предназначена для ручного контроля обработки указанных деталей. Детали загружаются в систему и извлекаются из нее по месту установки с помощью рельсовых тележек.

В режиме полной автоматической обработки обрабатывающий материал падает через решетки на встроенный плоский конвейер.
По этому конвейеру обрабатывающий материал поступает на боковой конвейер. Затем обрабатывающий материал транспортируется вверх с помощью ковшового элеватора для очистки от пыли с помощью эффективного каскадного грохота с подачей воздуха.

После этого обрабатывающий материал подается в бункер-накопитель и временно хранится в нем до повторного заполнения напорного бака для дробеструйной обработки. Во время процесса обработки пыль из воздуха удаляется с помощью специальной, экологически безвредной фильтрующей системы. Содержание пыли после прохождения воздуха через систему фильтров становится гораздо ниже допустимого уровня.
