Source text - English The Encounters media workshop looks back on an eventful year and many wonderful encounters: We realized 18 events in just eight months, including numerous workshops lasting several days, two exhibitions of workshop results and two film premiere evenings. We are part of the exile media network in Germany. Amal Berlin and BBC Stories reported on our project. We met a lot of great people at our events, made friends and developed creative contributions and project ideas together.
We wish us (as a network) and all of you a wonderful New Year and happy holidays to those who celebrate.
There will be more exciting workshops coming up in the new year. Furthermore, the second edition of our print magazine will be published on February 1, 2020. *Stay tuned!*

Source text - German Die Medienwerkstatt Encounters blickt auf ein ereignisreiches Jahr und viele wunderbare Begegnungen zurück: Wir haben 18 Veranstaltungen in nur acht Monaten realisiert, darunter zahlreiche mehrtägige Workshops, zwei Ausstellungen von Workshopergebnissen und zwei Filmpremierenabende. Wir sind Teil des Netzwerks Exilmedien in Deutschland geworden. Amal Berlin und BBC Stories berichteten über unser Projekt. Wir lernten auf unseren Veranstaltungen viele tolle Menschen kennen, schlossen Freundschaften und entwickelten gemeinsam kreative Beiträge und Projektideen.
Wir wünschen uns (als Netzwerk) euch und Ihnen allen einen wunderbaren Jahreswechsel und schöne Feiertage denen, die feiern.
