올해 10월 출생아 수가 역대 최소 기록을 또다시 갈아치웠다. 사망자 수는 역대 최대 기록을 세우면서 인구 자연증가분(출생아-사망자)은 128명 자연증가율은 0%에 그서 조만간 인구의 감소세 전환이 불가피할 것임을 예고했다.
26일 통계청이 발표한 '10월 인구동향'에 따르면 지난 10월 전국 출생아 수는 2만5648명으로, 1년 전보다 826명(3.1%) 줄었다. 이는 10월 기준으로 1981년 통계를 집계한 이래 최소치다. 출생아 수는 2016년 4월부터 올해 10월까지 43개월 연속으로 매월 전년 동월 대비 최소 기록을 갈아치웠다. 출생은 계절 등의 영향을 받기 때문에 통상 같은 달끼리 비교한다. 1~10월 누계 출생아 수는 25만7965명으로 작년 같은 기간보다 2만789명(7.5%) 감소했다.
인구 1000명당 연간 출생아 수를 뜻 하는 조출생률은 5.9명으로, 역시 10월 기준으로 2000년 집계 이래 최소치였다. 10월 기준 조출생률이 5명대로 떨어진 것은 처음이다. 10월 사망자 수는 1년 전보다 510명(2.0%) 늘어난 2만5520명이었다.

Bigger concern on population fall with October childbirth rate at only 25648
The childbirth in South Korea has broken the lowest record again on October as of this year while the rate of death has reached the pick. As natural increment of the population remains at 128 people as well as 0 percent of natural increase rate, the population fall is looming ahead in reality.
According to 'Demographic Trends' by the Republic Of Korea Bureau Of Statistic, the childbirth of October was 25,648 newborn babies, that is 826 babies(3.1 percent) less year on year. The figure is the lowest ever since the year of 1981 when it started to trace the population statistics. The number of newborn children has been breaking the records made in the same period of last year 43 months in a row. Because childbirth lies in diverse factors inclusive Of seasons, the comparisons in childbirth rates are conducted with data of a same month last year. The accumulated childbirth rate spanning January to October is 257,965 that decreases 20,789(7.5 percent) year on year.
The crude birth rate, which refers to a number of newborn babies in population of 1000, is 5.9 babies and it’s also the lowest number of October since 2000s. Also, it’s first time that the crude birth rate on October drops down to 5 newborn babies ever since. However, there is an increase in the death rate of 25,520. It’s 510 larger than the former figure added up in the same period of last year.

I’m thrilled to
be applying for the opportunity to become a Translator at Appen and be of

believe that with my somewhat peculiar background and collection of skills, I
can be of great use to Appen in this role. Growing up, I traveled around the
world with my parents and visited more than five countries including 6 years of
living overseas. This, combined with a natural love of and talent for
languages, allowed me to pick up and attain fluency in English. I developed and
expanded this ability even further throughout my education and working carrer
as well as volunteer activities. The nuances of language fascinate me, and to
be able to have work that allows me to explore them and marinate in them each
and every day would be a true pleasure and a privilege.
I completed
received a bachelor’s degree in Business from La Trobe University in Australia,
specialising in Sports Management and Macroeconomics. Indeed, I regularly read
books in this language to maintain my fluency in it. I’m also able to speak
clearly and effectively, and write tight and readable prose.
During a year
just before graduation from the university, I worked as an intern at Club
Builder 2035, a fast-growing marketing agency in Australia, to build up my
carrer from the foreign company.
Then comes military
service experience as a military interpreter for 2 years in Daegu, South Korea.
Through the experience working at a division bridging between Republic of Korea
Air Force and the U.S. Air Force, I’ve continuously brushed up on bilingual
skills in writing and speaking by translating over 100 military official
documents in various topics and legal documents from one language to another.
I’m deeply
