Source text - English Businesses have long faced an accelerating need for
innovation — to rapidly develop new products,
services, processes, and experiences to stay
competitive and meet customer demand. But the onset
of the COVID-19 pandemic put this imperative into
overdrive. To deal with the challenges of a remote
workforce and customer habits that changed overnight, companies raced to increase their adoption of digital
business practices and technologies. {1>According to
McKinsey & Company, the COVID crisis pushed<1}
companies to digitize their customer and supply chain
transactions at three to four times the previous rate.
Moreover, digital or digitally focused product offerings
advanced by seven years within the first year of the
pandemic. And there’s {2>no slowdown<2} in sight.
Every card network has some provision in its dispute
system for the cardholder to retract a dispute after
filing it.
If you can settle the matter amicably with your
customer, and convince them to withdraw the dispute,
that’s the most effective way to win it.
To learn more about how this works, you can read our
documentation on Dispute Withdrawals.
Do I still need to submit evidence if my customer
withdraws a dispute? Yes.
Some card issuers will treat failure to submit evidence
as an acceptance of liability.
To be safe, you should always submit evidence
contesting the reason for the dispute.

sviluppare rapidamente nuovi prodotti, servizi,
procedure ed esperienze, in modo da rimanere
competitivi e soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti. L’arrivo
voler rallentare<2}.
