Warranty Certificate is properly completed by the authorized retailer whose name is printed on the Warranty Certificate (as the retail vendor of record) and accompanied by the customer’s receipt showing the date and location of the jewelry purchase; (iii) the original serial number engraved on the jewelry by ... is clearly legible; and, (iv) the jewelry has not received any modifications by an unauthorized service facility. Jewelry with falsified Warranty Certificates or with serial numbers that have been replaced, erased and/or made illegible are not eligible for warranty repairs. Failure to comply with the conditions for this Warranty shall render the Warranty null and void.
