Source text - Russian
Translation - English A Psychedelic Coming Out: „I Take Mushrooms. Here’s Why I Do It“
Sasha Astron lives in Kyiv, works as a designer, raises a daughter with his wife, and takes psilocybin mushrooms from time to time. Psilocybin, as confirmed by numerous Western studies, is an effective agent in the treatment of mental health disorders and addiction. But in Ukraine, it is officially considered a drug, and there is no legal way to acquire it. Advocating for revising outdated perceptions of psychedelics and a drug policy reform in Ukraine, Sasha Astron explains how psychedelic therapy has affected his life.
„Unable to remember my name, I lay on the floor with my eyes closed and stared at a glowing tunnel of light. It seemed that I had no body. My face was flooded with tears, as I repeated: „This changes everything… this changes everything…“ The next morning, it was hard to believe the intensity of my experience from the night before. Getting to know psilocybin mushrooms has forever changed my perception of the world, but it took years to figure out what had happened to me that evening.“

Source text - English Sasha Laskowsky Ziguilinsky: “I Came to Graphics Arts Through Agitprop”
An artist and a traveler Sasha Laskowsky Ziguilinsky on how to drop everything after 10 years of making book illustrations and start wandering the world
How does it feel to sail along the Danube; to cross the mountains between Bulgaria and Turkey by foot; to create a hippie community in Cyprus and spend a week in jail in Belgium? Ruth Borshevsky talked about it with the poster artist Sasha Laskowsky Ziguilinsky after meeting him in a bomb-shelter in Israel, where he showered and slept.
Art
Posters are one of the most powerful and cheap ways to deliver a message. I usually work with analogies and cross references, resulting mostly in bad jokes and dubious puns about politics, music, movies and books. Since I have been wandering without a computer for the last few years, I am doing a lot of pen doodles of paper toys and graffiti sketches.
I mainly draw when I have nothing to do. While hitchhiking, sleeping on the street or drinking coffee… I draw to avoid boredom. I always have a sketchbook with me; it is my little private world of obsessions, but also a story of my trips, a documentation of thoughts and things that I saw.
Translation - Russian

Translation - English About 5,000 people climbed to the highest point of our planet. But only a few brave men managed to get to the deepest one. No matter how harsh the conditions at the top of Mount Everest, nothing beats what awaits you at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. Eternal darkness reigns here; metal bends under tremendous pressure; fountains of liquid sulfur gush from underwater geysers.
We will tell you about the people who decided to go into this horror a little later. Now let's see what journey one needs to take to dive to a record depth.
40 m: Maximum diving depth for pearl collectors and amateur scuba divers
The underwater environment at depths from 0 to 200 m provides habitat for 90% of all life in the ocean. At this depth, light still penetrates the water column creating conditions for the growth of phytoplankton. The vast biomass feeds a considerable variety of small crustaceans, and these are food for fish.
332 m: Scuba diving record
The Twilight Zone begins at a depth of 200 to 1000 meters. Less than 1% of sunlight penetrates beyond this depth. But many inhabitants of the deep sea are able to exude light themselves. They use bioluminescent chemical reactions to attract prey or scare away predators.
565 m: Emperor Penguin's maximum diving depth
Due to the lack of photosynthesis, nothing grows at this depth. But there are still fish here. Many of them swim to depths to hide from predators.
1000 m: Where the sun's rays no longer reach
1,027 m: Record for deepest dive of a military submarine
