You will be in default under this agreement if we have not received the full amount of any scheduled payment by the close of regular business hours on the 10th day after it is due. If you default, we will provide you with a notice of default, and you will have twenty (20) days to cure the default by paying the full amount of all due and unpaid installments plus any accrued late fee(s). You have the right to cure your first default under this agreement. If you default a second time, you will not have a right to cure.
Translation - Polish Zwłoka i ponaglenie. Zgodnie z niniejszą umową, jeśli wystąpi brak wpłaty pełnej wymaganej kwoty w terminie do 10 dni od daty wymagalności, następuje Zwłoka w regulowaniu płatności. W takim przypadku zostanie wysłany monit wzywający do uregulowania w ciągu 20 dni całej kwoty zaległości powiększonej o ewentualne koszy wynikające z opóźnienia. W trakcie trwania umowy Strona ma prawo do naprawy uchybienia terminu w przypadku jednej zwłoki. Prawo do naprawienia Zwłoki nie przysługuje w przypadku drugiego i kolejnego uchybienia.
