In 2004 I was awarded the then equivalent of Master Degree in Linguistics at the Derzhavin Tambov State University and then embarked on postgraduate studies in English Language Teaching as a Foreign Lanugage. In 2006 I relocated to Moscow to start my translator's carrier in a small translation agency. In early 2008 I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia B.V. (Moscow Branch) as Translator/Interpreter at Tax & Legal Line of Business. In 2009 I completed a one-week training course at School of Management & Languages, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, as part of my ongoing education at PwC. In 2010 I became a part of professional team of lawyers at EPAM, the Central and Eastern Europe's largest law firm with its offices in Washington, London, Limassol, Moscow, Saint Petersburg and in some other CIS countries. In 2012, my employer offered me to become the Firm's independent contractor providing translation services as a freelancer. Since then I have been a registered sole proprietor providing legal translation services not only to EPAM, but also other top-tier Russia-based and international law and consulting firms, such as PwC Legal, Dentons, Linklaters, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and many others.
