I didn’t understand why is the God power not able to arrange treasure for them? If they have special kind of power they can win lottery or they can ask to their power to manage their life so they have no need to ask others for their food, shelter and drink payments. Why is their power failed to pay the domestic bills?We are the people who believe in God. Why god comes to bless only few in our society. I am also researcher who searches God. Once I was sitting in sunshine, my eyes were closed,’ I heard noise. When I opened my eyes, a paper was flying in the air. When I wasn’t in writing. Προς το σκοπό αυτό, να καταβάλει το τίμημα, είτε σε μετρητά είτε να υποσχεθεί την καταβολή του σε δόσεις. Να αναλαμβάνει χρήματα από τον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό της εντολέως που θα ανοίξει στο όνομα αυτής για την εξόφληση του τιμήματος και όλων των εξόδων της αγοραπωλησίας για την αγορά ακινήτου στην Πέτρα Λέσβου ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου ακινήτου στην Λέσβο. 4) Να εκπροσωπεί την εντολέα ενώπιον οποιασδήποτε Δημόσιας Οικονομικής Υπηρεσίας για πάσης φύσεως υποθέσεις της, να υπογράφει και να υποβάλλει φορολογικές δηλώσεις αρχικές ή συμπληρωματικές, σχετικές με οποιονδήποτε φορολογικό νόμο. Να ζητεί και λαμβάνει κάθε είδους πιστοποιητικά και αντίγραφα εγγράφων και να υπογράφει για λογαριασμό της εντολέα οποιοδήποτε έγγραφο απαιτηθεί, ακόμη και υπεύθυνη δήλωση του άρθρου 8 του Ν. 1599/1986. Να καταβάλλει φόρους, να ζητεί την επιστροφή φόρων και να τους αναλαμβάνει από το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο σε περίπτωση που καταβλήθηκαν αχρεωστήτως υπογράφοντας για τον σκοπό αυτό κάθε πράξη, αίτηση ή δήλωση και απόδειξη. Να υπογράφει και καταθέτει προσφυγές, ενστάσεις και εφέσεις ενώπιον οποιασδήποτε αρμόδιας Φορολογικής Αρχής ή Δικαστηρίου, για οποιαδήποτε φορολογική υπόθεση της εντολέως και να παρίσταται σε όλα τα στάδια της διαδικασίας τους. Να συμβιβάζεται με τον αρμόδιο Προϊστάμενο Δ.Ο.Υ. για οποιαδήποτε διαφορά σχετικά με την επιβολή φόρου ή προστίμου και να υπογράφει την πράξη συμβιβασμού. Να προσέρχεται στην αρμόδια Δ.Ο.Υ. για καταχώρηση της στο μητρώο φορολογουμένων και για την έκδοση αριθμού φορολογικού μητρώου στο όνομα της εντολέα της καθώς και στην έκδοση κλειδάριθμου ή οποιαδήποτε άλλου κωδικού στο όνομα αυτής τον οποίο και να παραλαμβάνει. Να διορίζει και άλλους πληρεξουσίους, δικηγόρους ή όχι, με τις ίδιες ή λιγότερες εντολές και να τους ανακαλεί νόμιμα. Η εντολέας δήλωσε ότι εγκρίνει και αναγνωρίζει από σήμερα όλες τις πράξεις της πληρεξουσίας της, που ενήργησε ή θα ενεργήσει στα πλαίσια των παρεχομένων εντολών, ως νόμιμες, έγκυρες, ισχυρές και απρόσβλητες και σαν να έγιναν από αυτήν την ίδια και ότι το πληρεξούσιο αυτό ισχύει μέχρι να ανακληθεί και να γνωστοποιηθεί νόμιμα η ανάκλησή του. To sign any preliminary agreement contract, to pay deposits and promise the payment of penalties. In case, there is any amount owed, to sign the settlement agreement and discharge the mortgage, or condition subsequent. To take over ownership possession and occupation of the property which she is going to buy, to accept the building regulations and adhere to them without hesitation or to sign a deed of establishment of horizontal property (condominium), and bylaws as well as amendments or supplementary acts of these, or the sales and purchases agreement and to waive the rights conferred on her by the assignor, to request the breach of the contracts, to be signed for any reason and cause, in form or in substance, as well as for the reasons mentioned in articles 178, 179, and 338 of the Civil Code. To present herself and represent the assignor before any tax office, regarding the purchase she is going to make, to sign the relevant tax declaration referring to a property transfer and any other document as well as, solemn declarations with associated content which required for any exemption for the assignor from paying the transfer tax in accordance with any provisions of Law (such as Act 1078/1980 etc). To pay taxes, to request and receive tax refunds from the Greek State in case of cancellation of the purchase or in case they were unduly paid and also to sign any document, application or declaration and receipt, to that end. To receive control reports and to come to terms with any competent tax office regarding transfer taxes, surcharges etc for any amount and to sign the settlement agreement. To present herself and represent her before the tax and administrative courts of any level of jurisdiction and before the Council of State. To lodge appeals and any legal remedy as well as petitions for annulment to support her legal rights in any taxation issue related to the purchase of real estate property. To sign submit and file applications of any nature, and also declarations as required for the agreement, and especially for the requirements of article 8 of Act 1599/1986 in relation to the permanent residence of the assignor pursuant to Act 2242/94, the article 17 of Act 1337/1983, the article 5 of Act 1577/1985, as well as any other declaration required or is going to be required at the time of signing the agreements and which is deemed necessary by any provisions of Act 1599/1986 with any content. To deliver to the solicitor all the necessary certificates required for the drawing of the agreements, and as indicatively tax clearance certificates by the assignor, requesting their issuance from the competent Tax Office or other public municipal or community authority, and any other certificate or verification required or is going to be required by law for the preparation of the agreement.
To present herself, and represent the assignor before the competent company Water and Drainage company (Ε.Υ.Δ.ΑΠ) , Hellenic Public Power Corporation (Δ.Ε.Η.), Telecommunication Company of Greece (O.T.E.), Greek Post office (Ε.Λ.Τ.Α.), Social Security Institute (Ι.Κ.Α.) and Other Public Utility and Funds organisations, to submit any applications in the name of her assignor and sign the associated agreements on any terms and guarantees and act as required representing her assignor before the above mentioned organizations and authorities. 3) To make deposits in the banks in the name of the assignor and to receive funds from any natural or legal person, governed by Public or Private Law, Bank or Branch, Tax Office, Loan and Consignment Fund (ΤΠΔ), or any other Organisation, as well as any amount owed to her or belongs to her for any reason, and under any document of title, such as deposits, custodial depository, remittances from overseas etc. To open, transfer, and close bank accounts, demand deposits, current accounts in euro or in foreign currency in Bank of Greece or overseas, personal or joint accounts with any persons natural or legal, to receive credit cards, eftpos card used on Automatic Teller Machines, to take note of the relevant codes and to sign associated application or declaration, as well as receiving statements of the movements of the deposits mentioned above. To receive funds from the assignor’s bank account, in the assignor’s name, to use for the payment of any kind of bills (water, electricity, taxes) whenever it is necessary, proof of payment of which is recorded in the relevant documents of the above organisations. To receive funds from the assignor’s bank account, which she is going to open in her own name, so it can be used for the settlement price and expenses of a property purchase at Petra in Lesbos island or any other property in Lesbos. 4) To represent the assignor before any Tax Authority for all her relevant matters, to sign and submit tax declarations original or supplementary, associated with any tax law. To request and receive any kind of certificates and copies of documents and also to sign on behalf of the assignor any document as required, even solemn statements of article 8 of Act 1599/1986. To pay taxes, request tax reimbursements, in case they were unduly paid, and receive these from the Tax Office (Δ.Ο.Υ.), signing for this purpose any document, application, or declaration and receipt. To sign and have recourse before the Courts or Taxation authority, lodge appeals, objections, for any taxation matter of the assignor and be present all stages of their process. To come to terms with the competent Head of the Tax Office ((Δ.Ο.Υ.), for any issue associated with imposition of tax or penalty, and also to sign the settlement document. To go to the competent Tax Office and have her details entered in the tax payers register, in order to have her tax number (AΦM) issued in the name of her assignor , as well as receiving the issued code number in her name. To appoint also additional proxies, lawyers or not, under the same or lesser instructions and being able to legally revoke them. The assignor declared that he approves and recognizes from this day all the actions of her proxy who has acted or is going to act within the framework of the mandates granted, as legal, valid, enforceable, and unchallengeable as if they have been carried out by herself and that this power of attorney is in force until it is revoked and its revocation legally notified. In witness whereof this power of attorney was drawn up, in (4) sheets. Stamp duty affixed (….) euro for the original and (….) euro for the copy. For entitlement fee of this as well as for entitlement fee for issuance one copy, received euros (…) of which net solicitor’s fee (…) and entitlements E.T.A.A. (T.A.N. & T.Σ) (.....). From the total revenue received the Φ.Π.Α. was euro (….). This power of attorney has been translated and has been read out loud and clear before the assignor who acknowledged it in its entirety, ant it was signed by her, the interpreter as well as by me being a solicitor as required by law
