Die geraden oder schrägen Regalträger werden in den länglichen Schlitzen des Schienenprofils befestigt. Die Regal-Konstruktion bleibt hinter einem Grafik-Paneel unsichtbar. (Entsprechende Paneel-Ausfräsungen für die Regalträger können individuell angepasst werden).

Ciało modzelowate prawidłowej wielkości, bez zmian ogniskowych. Układ komorowy nadnamiotowy nieposzerzony, symetryczny, nieprzemieszczony w linii środkowej.
Komora III i IV prawidłowe. Cechy zespołu częściowo pustego siodła.
Nie uwidoczniono zaburzeń dyfuzji w obrębie struktur mózgowia.
Zatoki żylne prawidłowo zakontrastowane. W zakresie głównych pni tętniczych i ich odgałęzień nie uwidoczniono obecności malformacji naczyniowych.
Struktury miękkotkankowe oczodołów bez uchwytnych zmian. Zatoki oboczne nosa powietrzne.
Translation - English No evidence of focal lesions within the brain. No signs of pathological contrast intensity within the brain. Normal morphology of the cerebral cortex. Corpus callosum is of normal size, without any focal lesions. The supratentorial ventricular system is symmetric, not dilated, without any midline displacements.
Ventricles III and IV are normal. Signs of partial empty sella syndrome.
No signs of diffusion disorder within the encephalic structures.
The venous sinuses are normally contrasted. No signs of vascular malformation within the main arterial trunks and their branches.
No perceptible lesions in the soft tissue structures of the orbits. Normally aerated paranasal sinuses.

Source text - German Anamnese: Vorstellung am 05.12.2017 in unseren Ersten Hilfe: Patientin aus XX mit anamnestischer infantilen Zerebralparese und Epilepsie. Aktuell habe die Patientin seit einer Woche Fieber, welches abends täglich auf 39°C anstiege. In dieser Zeit habe die Patientin insgesamt 6 Anfälle gehabt mit Zuckungen der linken Gesichtshälfte und tonischer Anspannung des linken Armes, laut Mutter immer wenn die Temperatur wieder sinke. Die Anfälle hätten je 2–3 Minuten angedauert und seien selbstlimiterend gewesen. Der letzte Anfall sei in der Nacht vom 4. auf dem 5.12. aufgetreten. Kein Erbrechen, kein Husten, kein Schnupfen. Letzter Stuhlgang am Vortag, normal, es würden aber erhebliche Obstipationsprobleme bestehen.
Translation - Polish Wywiad chorobowy: Wizyta 05.12.2017 r. w naszym ambulatorium pierwszej pomocy. Pacjentka z XX z mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym i padaczką w wywiadzie. Obecnie od tygodnia ma wysoką temperaturę, która codziennie wieczorem wzrasta do 39°C. W tym czasie pacjentka miała w sumie 6 napadów z drgawkami lewej połowy twarzy i napięciem tonicznym mięśni lewego ramienia - wedle słów matki - zawsze gdy temperatura znów opadała. Napady trwały po 2-3 minuty i miały przebieg samoograniczający się. Ostatni napad wystąpił w nocy z 4 na 5 grudnia. Bez wymiotów, kaszlu, kataru. Ostatnie wypróżnienie - poprzedniego dnia, prawidłowe, występowały jednak znaczne problemy z zaparciami.
