Hiermit erkl�re ich, __________________
dass ich �ber die einschl�gigen Vorschriften des Bundesdatenschutzgesetztes und des Sozialgesetzbuches in Kenntnis gesetzt, �ber die sich daraus ergebenden besonderen Anforderungen an die Datensicherheit und den Datenschutz bei der Aus�bung meiner T�tigkeit vertraut gemacht und auf das Datengeheimnis (�5 BDSG) verpflichtet wurde.
Ich wurde informiert, dass es mir untersagt ist, gesch�tzte personenbezogene Daten zu einem anderen als dem zur jeweiligen rechtm�ssigen Aufgabenerf�llung geh�renden Zweck zu verarbeiten oder zu nutzen, insbesondere d�rfen die Daten nicht bekanntgegeben oder an Dritte weitergeleitet werden oder solchen zug�nglich gemacht werden (auch nicht in verdeckter Form).
Diese Pflicht: besteht auch nach Beendigung meiner T�tigkeit fort.
Mir ist bekannt, dass Verst�sse gegen das Datengeheimnis sowohl arbeits- als auch strafrechtlich verfolgt werden k�nnen (�43 BDSG, �85 SGB X, �85� SGB X). Sie k�nnen auch Anlass zu einer au�erordentlichen K�ndigung sein.
Meine sich aus Arbeitsvertrag und �ordnung ergebende Geheimhaltungsverpflichtung wird durch diese Verpflichtung nicht ber�hrt.
Einen Abdruck dieser Verpflichtungserkl�rung habe ich zusammen mit dem Merkblatt zum Bundesdatenschutzgesetz erhalten.

English to Italian: Maintenance istructions for elevator
Source text - English Switch off the elevator.
Disconnect governor rope from car hitching point. Governor rope remains as a closed loop, governor and tension weight in the pit.
Attach a weight to the governor rope (reasonably heavy spanner, figure 8) Make sure weight is secure for now as it will tend to move down by gravity if not secured.
Make sure weight has enough space to travel down without disturbing any other shaft equipment e.g shaft information.
Prepare Tachometer near governor and position Tachometer on governor rope.
Instruct colleague to release weight attached to governor rope.
Governor rope will begin to accelerate in down direction by virtue of the weight, gravity.
When Governor trips, read off on Tachometer at what point the governor has tripped electrically and mechanically.
Repeat test two more times and work out average to ensure consistency.
Compare average tripping speed of governor with tripping speed on data plate.
