Source text - English Supply a total of 220 kilograms of Merox WS active ingredient, which is supplied in four 55-gallon drums. This quantity is for initial fill and 6.5 months of operation.
For the initial fill, inject 90.9 liters of Merox WS (24 kg active ingredient) into the regeneration system caustic. Inject Merox WS over a 12 hour period at the normal flowrate of the Merox WS Injection Pumps (58-323A/B-PD-21A/B).
For normal operation, 3.73 liters of Merox WS will be required every day. This is accomplished by operating the Merox WS Injection Pump for approximately 36 minutes a day at the pump normal flowrate.
Merox WS will be packaged in 55-gallon drums. During normal operation, one drum must be replaced every 56 days.

This report has considered process heating by: Steam, hot oil and hybrid combinations of steam and Hot oil. Hot water, electric or direct fired systems have been eliminated for reasons given in the body of the report.
An all hot oil system has been dismissed as impractical due to the large size of the fired heaters, vessels, pumps etc., within such a complex.
Of the hybrid systems examined, using hot oil for the low temperature users and steam for HT/MT users is eliminated for the reasons given above as the low temperature users constitute the major heating load. Also, this scheme has the highest capital cost.
A hybrid system using hot oil for the HT users and steam for the MT/LT users offers some saving in water consumption but this is far outweighed by the Dowtherm heating medium costs.
An all steam system has the lowest capital cost but will entail an estimated 32 te/h water loss. However, Company believe that a modern well designed plant will keep water losses to a minimum and that this, together with operator familiarity and the possibility of integrating steam generation with the power plant makes this the most viable option.

Данный отчет принял во внимание следующие способы технологического обогрева: пар, ДЭБ (диэтиленбензол) нефть или композиционные сочетания пара и ДЭБ. Горячая вода, электричесческие системы или системы с прямым розжигом систем были упразднены, в виду приведенных причин по тексту отчета.
Система была отклонена, так как вся система ДЭБ является непрактичной из-за больших размеров пламенных нагревателей, сосудов, насосов и прочего оборудования для территории подобного комплекса.
При тестировании композиционных систем, использование ДЭБ для пользователей высоких температур и пара для пользователей высоких температур со средним давлением был упразднен по причинам приведенным выше, так как низкотемпературные пользователи составляют основную тепловую нагрузку. Также, подобная схема требует самых высоких капитальных затрат.
Композиционная система, использующая ДЭБ для пользователей высоких температур и пара и для пользователей высоких температур со средним давлением, предлагает небольшую экономию в расходе воды, но она намного превышает затраты по даутерму нагревательной среды.
Все паровые системы имеют низкие капитальные затраты, но повлекут за собой потери воды в размере 32 тонн в час. Source text - English There are several commonly used busbar arrangements in the design of modern H.V. switchyards, the most common being a double busbar arrangement. Other typical arrangements are the 1Ѕ switch and single busbar designs.
For AIS substations it is unusual, but certainly not unheard of, to introduce modifications to the double busbar arrangement that include the use of a bypass switch or even a complete additional transfer busbar.
The single line diagram for the standard double busbar is shown as Figure 1a, for the double busbar with transfer busbar in Figure 1b, and for the double busbar with bypass in Figure 1c.
In the case of a simple bypass switch the incoming circuit is diverted from the bay circuit breaker on to either the main or the reserve busbar. In the case of the transfer busbar the incoming circuit is diverted from the bay circuit breaker on to a third (transfer) busbar.
