Please read the following operating precautions before use. Canton will not be held responsible for any damage and/or injury caused by not following the cautions below.
Install this loudspeaker in a cool, dry, clean place - away from windows, heat sources, sources of excessive vibration, dust, moisture and cold.
Never open the cabinet. Contact your local dealer or a qualified technician.
The voltage to be used must be the same as that specified on the rear panel.
To reduce the risk or fire or electric shock, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.
Do not use force on switches, controls or connection wires. When moving the unit, first disconnect the power plug and the wires connected to other equipment. Never pull the wires themselves.
Since this unit has a built-in power amplifier, heat will radiate from the rear panel. Place the unit at least 10 cm (4“) apart from the walls, allowing enough spaces above, behind and on both sides of the unit to prevent fire or damage. Do not cover the rear panel of this unit with a newspaper, a tablecloth, a curtain, etc. in order not to obstruct heat radiation. If the temperature inside the unit rises, it may cause fire, damage to the unit and/or personal injury.
Please place the subwoofer at a safe distance to your TV set (min. 1m), it might impair the picture color.
Please do not place any fragile objects on top or in front of the subwoofer. Vibrations may break the object and may cause personal injury.
Never put a hand or a foreign object into the ventilation port. When moving this unit, do not hold the port as it might cause personal injury and/or damage to this unit.
If you hear distorted noise (i.e., unnatural, intermittent “rapping” or “hammering” sounds) coming from this unit, reduce the volume level.
Do not attempt to clean this loudspeaker with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish. Use a clean, dry cloth.
Strong fluctuations in temperature may lead to condensation (water droplets) forming inside the subwoofer. Wait until the moisture has evaporated before starting up the system.
Secure placement or installation is the owner’s responsibility. Canton shall not be liable for any accident caused by improper placement or installation of speakers.
Positioning the speakers
Canton-speakers in a surround setup
Your Canton movie system consists 4 identical mini loudspeakers, a magnetically shielded center loudspeaker and an active subwoofer. Four speakers are distinguished according to their respective functions in a surround system (Fig. 1)
Center-speaker: It must be placed in the immediate vicinity of the television picture (above or below it). For a 6.1 speaker setup place a second center-speaker between the rear surround speakers (Fig. 2). All Canton center-speakers are magnetically shielded to prevent disturbance of the television picture.
Main-speakers: Place the main-speakers to the left and the right of the picture (television set), at least 60 cm distance from the screen edges.
Active subwoofer: It reproduces the extreme low frequency signals required by the special effects found in movie soundtracks. The active subwoofer can be located almost anywhere in the room, however the best position is in front of the listener.
Surround-speakers: In most cases the surround-speakers should be located to the left and right beside or behind the listener, slightly higher than the seat position.
For further information please consult the operating instructions manual of your A/V amplifier (surround amplifier, receiver).

Домашний кинотеатр Canton состоит из 4 одинаковых миниколонок, магнитно экранированного центрального громкоговорителя и активного сабвуфера. Четыре типа колонок различают в соответствии с функциями, которые они выполняют (рис. 1)
Центральная колонка: Она должна быть размещена в непосредственной близости от телевизора (выше или ниже него). Для установки колонок в режиме 6.1 разместите вторую центральную колонку между тыльными колонками (рис. 2). Все центральные колонки Canton магнитно экранированы, чтобы предотвратить искажение телевизионной картинки.
Главные колонки: Разместите главные колонки слева и справа от телевизора на расстоянии минимум 60 см от краев экрана.
Активный сабвуфер: Он воспроизводит сверхнизкочастотные сигналы звуковых спецэффектов кинофильма. Активный сабвуфер может быть расположен практически везде в комнате, однако, самое лучшее его положение – перед слушателем.
Колонки объемного звука: Колонки объемного звука лучше всего располагать слева и справа около или позади слушателя, немного выше положения просмотра.

Завдання та обов'язки. Самостійно виконує сільськогосподарські і меліоративні роботи на колісних тракторах класу до 20кН включно, гусеничних тракторах класу до 30 кН включно, сільськогосподарських і меліоративних машинах, що агрегатуються з цими тракторами, включаючи бульдозери, відповідно до вимог агротехніки та агротехнології. Підготовляє, висіває, висаджує посівний та садильний матеріал (зернові, кормові, технічні, овочеві, плодово-ягідні культури тощо). Комплектує машинно-тракторні агрегати. Виконує транспортні роботи на тракторах, автомобілях категорій "В, С" з додержанням правил дорожнього руху та правил перевезення вантажів. Проводить технічне обслуговування тракторів, автомобілів, сільськогосподарських і меліоративних машин та пристроїв до них. Визначає та усуває несправності тракторів, сільськогосподарських машин, автомобілів. Certificate for the right to perform work connected with introduction of fertilizers and application of chemical means of plant protection.
Qualification description is eleborated by Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine, approved by Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and recommended by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Source text - English Preparation of package by local office (changes):
• Local office provides signed ES in package (scanned page), signatories are at least holders of the highest local mandate (i.e normally, RM + Head of Wholesale)
• Contrary to previous instructions, branch should fill in advisory section if the ultimate decision is taken at B mandate level.
• The PAM/PRM advice and signatures on the decision sheet needs to be obtained by branch prior to submitting to first AS level. This means that when the application has an A or B mandate approval level, the complete package (with the signed ES) needs to be submitted to PAM/PRM first. Only after the PAM/PRM have signed the decision sheet and returned it to the branch, it can be submitted to the CEE Secretariat for further processing.
• Local office keeps originals of signed decision sheets that contain required C mandate and (if applicable) PAM/PRM signature.
• Local office provides RMCE with soft copy of decision sheet that includes PAM/PRM advice (if applicable) and office own advice (if applicable), with the remark "signature held at xxx branch"
A non material credit modification (as defined in the General Credit Risk Manual, Chapter 2) does not require a decision sheet, a signature by the the local risk manager on the modification form would suffice.

Source text - Russian 2. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ И ПРАВА СТОРОН
2.1. Обязанности и права Агента
2.1.1. Агент фрахтует воздушное судно (далее ВС) на условиях полной или частичной вместимости (в соответствии с Приложением), сертифицированное для полетов, в исправном состоянии, пригодном для обслуживания пассажиров и выполнения перевозок.
2.1.2. В рамках настоящего договора Агент обязан оказать услуги:
• по размещению и обслуживанию пассажиров Принципала в залах аэропортов отправления, назначения и транзитных аэропортах;
• по обеспечению во время полетов пассажиров Принципала питанием по нормам, согласованным Сторонами в Приложении,
• по обеспечению доставки багажа из здания аэровокзала до ВС и обратно, а также его погрузку и выгрузку;
• по обеспечению перевозки багажа пассажиров Принципала;
• иные услуги, относящиеся к предмету настоящего Договора.
2.1.3. Агент гарантирует, что фрахтовщик осуществляет эксплуатацию ВС и деятельность по осуществлению перевозки в соответствии с имеющимися у последнего лицензиями, допусками, свидетельствами и сертификатами.
2.1.4. Агент имеет право, предварительно уведомив Принципала, совершить необходимые действия по замене ВС, предназначенного для выполнения перевозки, другим ВС того же класса, при условии, что все пассажиры с багажом будут своевременно перевезены. По согласованию с Принципалом возможна замена ВС одного класса на ВС другого класса с осуществлением соответствующих перерасчетов стоимости фрахта и услуг Агента, связанных с разницей в оплате стоимости перевозки.
2.1.5. Принципалу может быть отказано в перевозке, аннулировано произведенное для пассажира бронирование или пассажир может быть снят с борта воздушного судна только в случаях:
• в целях обеспечения безопасности полета;
• в целях предотвращения нарушений соответствующих законов, постановлений, правил и предписаний государственных органов;
• в случаях неправильно оформленных личных документов пассажира Принципала;
• вследствие отказа пассажира Принципала выполнять действующие Правила перевозки и инструкции Агента и Командира ВС.
2.1.6. Агент обязуется представить Принципалу отчет и нижеуказанные документы, оформленные в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства Российской Федерации:
- отчет агента об исполнении поручения Принципала и расходах, понесенных в связи с выполнением данного поручения;
- акт об оказании агентских услуг на сумму агентского вознаграждения;
- счета-фактуры на сумму стоимости фрахта и дополнительных услуг по перевозке;
- копии документов, подтверждающих произведенные Агентом расходы по оказанию дополнительных услуг (договоры, накладные, акты, счета-фактуры, платежные поручения, подтверждающие перечисление денежных средств контрагентам, акты на оказание услуг и выполненных работ и иные документы), заверенные печатью и подписью уполномоченного лица Агента;
- счет на возмещение стоимости фрахта и дополнительных услуг по перевозке;
- счет на оплату суммы агентского вознаграждения.
Агент представляет отчет и прилагаемые к нему документы в течение 10 дней с момента фактического исполнения поручения. Акт об оказании агентских услуг предоставляется в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с момента фактического исполнения поручения и подписывается в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после утверждения Сторонами отчета Агента об исполнении поручения с приложением всех подтверждающих документов.
Translation - English 2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. Responsibilities and the rights of the Agent
2.1.1. The Agent freights an air vessel (further an AV) subject to conditions complete or partial capacity (according to the Appendix), certificated for flights, in undamaged condition, suitable for service of passengers and fulfilment of carriages.
2.1.2. Within the limits of the present agreement the Agent is obliged to render services:
- on placing and service of passengers of the Principal in halls of the airports of departure, appointment and the transit airports;
- on maintenance during flights of passengers of the Principal by a food on the norms adjusted by the Parties in the Appendix,
- on maintenance of delivery of luggage from a building of air terminal to an AV and back, and also its loading and an unloading;
- on maintenance of luggage traffic of passengers of the Principal;
- other services concerning the subject of the present Agreement.
2.1.3. The Agent guarantees, that the freighter carries out operation of an AV and activity on carriage realisation according to the licences, admissions, certificates the last has got.
2.1.4. The Agent has the right, previously having notified the Principal, to make necessary actions on replacement of the AV intended for fulfilment of carriage, other AV of the same class provided that all passengers with luggage will be in time transported. In coordination with the Principal replacement of an AV of one class by an AV of other class with realisation of corresponding recalculations of freight charges and the services of the agent connected with a difference in payment of cost of carriage is possible.
2.1.5. The Principal can have carriage abandoned, the booking made for the passenger can be cancelled or the passenger can be removed from a board of an AV only in cases:
- with the purposes of maintenance of safety of flight;
- with the purposes of prevention of infringements of corresponding laws, decrees, rules and instructions of the state bodies;
- in cases of incorrectly issued personal papers of the passenger of the Principal;
- owing to failure of the passenger of the Principal to execute acting Rules of carriage and the instruction of the Agent and the Commander of an AV.
2.1.6. The Agent undertakes to present to the Principal the report and the following documents issued according to requests of the current legislation of the Russian Federation:
- The report of the agent on performance of the commission of the Principal and the costs suffered in connection with fulfilment of the given commission;
- The certificate about rendering of agency services for the agency sum;
- Invoices on a value of the freight and additional services in carriage;
- Copies of the documents confirming costs made by the Agent on rendering of additional services (contracts, waybills, certificates, invoices, the payment orders confirming transfer of money resources to counterparts, certificates on rendering of services and work performeds and other documents), certified by the seal and the authorised signature of the Agent;
- The account on compensation of freight charges and additional services in carriage;
- The account on payment of the sum of the agency.
The Agent presents account and documents applied on it within 10 days from the moment of actual performance of the commission. The certificate about rendering of agency services is granted within 5 (five) working days from the moment of actual performance of the commission and is signed within 5 (five) working days after the assertion by the Parties of the report of the Agent about performance of the commission with the appendix of all confirming documents.

Останнім часом терміни «злочини серед особо¬вого складу органів внутрішніх справ», «по¬садові злочини співробітників міліції», «злочини, вчинені за участю співробітників міліції» отрима¬ли поширення у науковій літературі та засобах ма¬сової інформації, знайшли застосування у відом¬чих нормативних актах та практичній діяльності ОВС. Дослідження українських кримінологів та науковців СНД також свідчать про необхідність окремого розроблення тематики запобігання пра¬вопорушенням серед працівників органів внутрі¬шніх справ. Однак визначення таких злочинів у кримінології відсутнє.
Виділення окремих видів злочинності за кри¬терієм спеціального суб'єкта традиційне у кримі¬нології, оскільки особистість злочинця є «...осно¬вною та найважливішою ланкою всього механізму злочинної поведінки, тому особливості, що поро¬джують таку поведінку, повинні бути безпосере¬днім об'єктом запобіжного впливу»[1, 150]. Крім того, суб'єкт окремих видів злочинів має певний соціально-правовий статус, що обумовлює специ¬фічну сферу його злочинної діяльності. Саме з цих позицій сьогодні використовуємо терміни «зло¬чинність неповнолітніх», «військова злочинність», «злочинність мігрантів» тощо, виділяючи подібні групи злочинів за властивими їх суб'єктам ознака¬ми. Завдяки такому підходу виокремлення зло¬чинності працівників міліції у відносно самостій¬ну галузь кримінологічних досліджень буде не менш логічним, оскільки дозволить об'єктивно пізнати суть даної проблеми, розглянути та проаналізувати специфічність вказаних злочинів, ви¬значити основні напрями превенції цього негати¬вного явища.
Як спеціальний суб'єкт працівник міліції може бути визначений як особа, що вступила на добровільних засадах по досягненню встановлено¬го законом віку на службу до державного органу виконавчої влади, прийняла присягу і була при¬значена у передбаченому порядку на посаду з при¬своєнням спеціального звання, допущена до вико¬нання завдань, покладених законом на міліцію, з наданням посадових повноважень владного хара¬ктеру для регулювання правовідносин у сфері пра¬вопорядку на основі здійснення юридично значи¬мих дій, обов'язкових для громадян та інших по¬садових осіб.
Translation - English Phenomenon of Offences Among Police Officers: Problem of a Criminal-Legal Definition

Recently such terms as “crimes among staff of law-enforcement bodies”, “malfeasances of police officers”, “crimes made with assistance of police officers” have taken hold in the scientific literature and mass media, have found its application in departmental normative acts and practical activities of law-enforcement bodies. Researches of the Ukrainian criminologists and science officers of the CIS also indicate that subjects of offence prevention among workers of law-enforcement bodies should be worked out separately. However the definition of such crimes is absent in criminology.
Differentiation of certain kinds of criminality by criterion of the special subject is traditional in criminology as the person of a criminal is “... the basic and major link of all mechanism of criminal behaviour therefore features which generate such behaviour, should be the direct object of safety influence” [1, 150]. Besides, the subject of certain kinds of crimes has is a defined socially-legal status which causes specific sphere of its criminal activity. Namely according to these views we use nowadays such terms as "juvenile delinquency", “military criminality”, “criminality of migrants” and so forth, differentiating similar groups of crimes by signs peculiar to their subjects. Due to this approach differentiation of criminality of police officers into relatively independent branch of criminologists’ researches will be not less logic as it will allow objective learning the essence of the problem, let us consider and analyse the specificity of these crimes, define the basic directions of prevention of this negative phenomenon.
As the special subject a police officer can be defined as a person who has come to serve on a voluntary basis on achievement of statutory age to the state enforcement authority, has taken the oath and has been appointed in the provided order to the post with a special rank assigned, admitted to performance of the tasks put by the law on police, with granting of official powers of imperious character for regulation of legal relations in sphere of the law and order on the basis of realisation of legally significant actions, obligatory for citizens and other officials.

Flow Scheduling. This module lets you create flow scheduled orders and
specify the sequence in which they are produced on a flow production
line. Recording flow completions creates GL records for inventory
receipts and issues on the associated system-maintained work order. The
system uses item/site cost data to cost a GL debit or credit transaction.
Formula/Process. This module defines the contents of formula items in
the same way as bills of material define fabricated and assembly items.
The system uses content information, process definition data, and work
center data to calculate level-by-level costs.
General Ledger. This module maintains GL transactions originating in
other modules for financial reporting.
Inventory Control. This module creates GL records for receipts, issues,
and cycle count adjustments. The system uses item/site cost data to cost a
GL debit or credit transaction.
Kanban. This module lets you create kanban transactions that track the
movement of items in and out of the production process. Kanban
transactions create GL records for inventory receipts and issues. The
system uses item/site cost data to cost a GL debit or credit transaction.
Translation - Russian Сконфигурированные изделия. Этот модуль взаимодействует с модулем «Заказы на закупку счета-фактуры для создания уникальной структуры продуктов для индивидуальных ЗП.
