DEFINITIONS
In these General Terms and Conditions except as is otherwise expressly provided, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them below:
Force Majeure means matters beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected, whether similar to the matters herein specified or not, and shall include but not be limited to, strikes, lockouts, labour and civil disturbances, acts of God and unavoidable accidents. A lack of funds causing a Party to be unable to meet its obligations shall, however, not be considered an event of Force majeure;
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement will terminate two (2) years from the date hereof, unless terminated sooner as provided herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice of termination to the other party, at which time the Agreement shall terminate immediately.
COMPENSATION. In consideration for such consultation services, the Company agrees to pay the Consultant an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the purchase price of said property, said amount to be paid at the time of the closing of the sale of said property.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiation, whether written or oral, between the parties.
ASSIGNMENT. Tenant shall not assign this Lease or permit all or any part of the Leased Premises to be subleased without the prior written consent of Landlord which consent shall not be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed.
REMEDIES. The parties recognize that a breach of any of the provisions set forth herein may cause irreparable harm and that actual damages may be difficult to ascertain and in any event may be inadequate. Accordingly, the parties agree that in the event of such breach, the parties may seek to enforce their remedies through binding arbitration or any court of competent jurisdiction.
NOTICES. Any notice to be given by Buyer or Sellers to the other under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand to Buyer or Sellers, as the case may be, or sent to such recipient by recorded delivery letter or facsimile addressed to such recipient at such address and for the attention of such person as Buyer or Sellers, as the case may be, shall from time to time designate by notice, and until such notice shall be given the addresses of Buyer or Sellers shall be as follows:

Força Maior refere-se a situações que escapam ao controlo razoável da Parte afectada, quer sejam ou não semelhantes às situações aqui especificadas, e deve incluir, mas não estar limitada a, greves, bloqueios, distúrbios laborais e civis, catástrofes naturais e acidentes inevitáveis. TRANSFERÊNCIA. O inquilino não exercerá o direito de transferência deste locado ou autorizará a sublocação de toda ou qualquer parte do locado sem o prévio consentimento escrito do senhorio, cujo consentimento não será sujeito a condicionamento, retenção ou adiamento injustificado.
RECURSOS. As partes reconhecem que a violação de qualquer das disposições aqui descritas pode causar prejuízos irreparáveis e que pode ser difícil, e porventura inadequado, determinar os reais danos. Source text - English Economic conditions proved volatile over the reporting period. Worries over debt levels in Greece and other peripheral European countries led to bouts of risk aversion during May and June. Coupled with this, weak US economic data, specifically in terms of housing sales and consumer confidence, increased market nervousness over the growth prospects for the US economy.
Performance was driven by falling US treasury yields, which fell from 4% in March to around 2.8% in August around the 10 year level. This led to a fall in dollar corporate bond yields, which resulted in good absolute performance. The positive results from the bank stress tests, coupled with renewed confidence following the Basle III meeting in July benefited corporate bonds and the fund gained from its holdings in higher yielding BBB and BB rated bonds.
Over March and April the fund was predominantly overweight in corporate bonds relative to US treasuries. Risk appetite was good and corporates offered better value than the lower-yielding treasuries. On the back of this, the fund invested in some new issues including (...). Volatile market conditions in May and June meant that we lowered the fund's risk positions and as such reduced the overweight position in corporates and instead moved into US treasuries. Following the success of the bank stress tests and positive feedback from the Basle meeting, we again increased the fund's risk profile in July. A juntar a isto, os fracos indicadores económicos dos EUA, em particular no que se refere às vendas imobiliárias e à confiança do consumidor, aumentaram o nervosismo do mercado face às perspetivas de crescimento da economia americana.
Verificou-se um decréscimo no desempenho dos rendimentos do Tesouro americano, que caiu de 4% em março para cerca de 2,8% em agosto, a 10 anos. Isto levou a uma queda do rendimento das obrigações em dólares das empresas, que resultou num bom desempenho absoluto. WARNING
Read precautions before use and follow instructions carefully.
CAUTION
1. Place out of reach of children
2. When device is switched “on”, it will spray one time automatically. Ensure to direct device away from face and eyes at all times. If accidentally sprayed on face and eyes, thoroughly rinse sprayed area with water.
3. Do not use in food processing area.
4. An aerosol can is pressurized and could explode if damaged, dropped, punctured or placed in temperatures above 50° C.
5. Aerosol is flammable. Avoid fire and temperatures above 50° C
6. Use in ventilated areas with air circulation, avoid areas with long-term stagnant air.
7. For storage purposes, remove batters and aerosol can, then place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
8. Replace batteries when the green light stops flashing.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Open the front cover by pressing the button on top of dispenser.
2. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position. Insert 2 AA batteries.
3. Before inserting aerosol can, check to see if the internal mechanism is in the correct position (see the drawing on the machine). If not, push up the mechanism with finger. Insert the aerosol can into the device by placing it on the base of the device. Ensure spray nozzle is facing outwards.
4. a) Do not look directly at the spray nozzle. Turn on by setting the light sensor switch to the desired setting: 24 hours, Daytime, Night time. Warning – the unit will spray immediately - avoid facial contact. A blinking light (3-5 second intervals) indicates the dispenser is functioning.
b)Set timer to desired spray interval: 7.5 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins.
Estimated usage of mist can on 24 hour setting.
7.5 mins - replace 15 days
15 mins - replace 30 days
30 mins - replace 60 days
5. Close the cover and place the dispenser in appropriate location 2 meters above floor.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Use a screw fixing or the adhesive hook provided. Peel off the film from the adhesive pad on the hook. Place the hook on the surface and press firmly for 30 seconds. Wait for 20 minutes before hanging the device. DO NOT use on wall paper, varnished, laminated or unpainted surfaces. Once placed, the hook can’t be repositioned. Moving the hook is likely to damage surface.

8. Substituir as pilhas quando a luz verde deixar de piscar.
INDICAÇÕES DE UTILIZAÇÃO
1. Abrir a tampa da frente pressionando o botão no cimo do pulverizador.
2. Certificar-se que o interruptor está na posição OFF. Inserir 2 pilhas AA.
3. Antes de inserir a embalagem aerossol, verificar se o trinco interno está na posição correta (ver o desenho no aparelho). Se não estiver, empurrar o trinco para cima com o dedo. Inserir a embalagem aerossol no dispositivo, colocando-a na base do dispositivo. Certificar-se que o bico de pulverização está virado para fora.
4. a) Não olhar diretamente para o bico de pulverização. Ligar o dispositivo, regulando o interruptor do sensor de luminosidade na posição pretendida: 24 horas, Dia, Noite. Atenção – o dispositivo pulveriza de imediato – evitar contacto facial. Uma luz intermitente (intervalos de 3-5 segundos) indica que o pulverizador está a funcionar.
b) Definir o temporizador para a pulverização no intervalo de tempo pretendido: 7,5 min., 15 min., 30 min.
Previsão de uso da embalagem de névoa durante 24 horas.
7,5 min. – duração de 15 dias
15 min. – duração de 30 dias
30 min. – duração de 60 dias
5. Fechar a tampa e colocar o pulverizador em local apropriado, a 2 metros do chão.
INSTRUÇÕES DE APLICAÇÃO
Usar um parafuso de fixação ou o gancho autocolante fornecido. Retirar a película da fita autocolante do gancho. Colocar o gancho na superfície e pressionar com firmeza durante 30 segundos. Esperar 20 minutos antes de pendurar o dispositivo. NÃO usar em papel de parede, superfícies não pintadas, envernizadas ou laminadas. Uma vez colocado, o gancho não pode ser reposicionado. Deslocar o gancho pode danificar a superfície.
