Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
bei den von KURT SPORT hergestellten Produkten (Fahrradcomputer, Fahrradbeleuchtung, Pulsuhren) handelt es sich um Erzeugnisse im Sinne der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH), da die spezifische Form bzw. Gestalt in größerem Maße die Funktion bestimmt als die chemische Zusammensetzung (Artikel 3 Absatz 2, Erzeugnisdefinition).
KURT SPORT Erzeugnisse an sich sind unter REACH nicht registrierungspflichtig.
Darüber hinaus werden unter normalen oder vernünftigerweise vorhersehbaren Bedingungen keine registrierungspflichtigen Stoffe freigesetzt.
Wir können Ihnen natürlich versichern, dass KURT SPORT den Ansprüchen der Gesetzgebung genüge trägt, die Qualität unserer Produkte selbstverständlich an die Gesetzgebung angepasst wird und jedes unserer Produkte unter ständiger Kontrolle steht.

i prodotti KURT SPORT (computer per bici, illuminazione per bici, cardiofrequenzimetri) sono stati realizzati nel rispetto dell'ordinanza (CE) n. 1907/2006 (REACH), dato che è proprio la forma e quindi la struttura specifica a determinare in maggior misura la funzione rispetto alla composizione chimica (articolo 3 comma 2, definizione del prodotto).
I prodotti KURT SPORT non hanno in sé l'obbligo di registrazione secondo quanto stabilito da REACH.
Inoltre in condizioni normali o ragionevolmente prevedibili non vengono emesse sostanze soggette all'obbligo di registrazione.
Ovviamente possiamo assicurare che KURT SPORT soddisfa gli standard stabiliti per legge, la qualità dei nostri prodotti naturalmente viene adeguata in base alla normativa e ognuno dei nostri prodotti è soggetto ad un controllo continuo.
