Source text - English Eroticism has this in common with an addictive drug: that there is a coercive element to its pleasure with which part of us is in complicity, and part not. Thus ever since time began men have been trying to enjoy eroticism without being destroyed by it. Societies, religions can be defined in the way they deal with this conundrum. Polygamy, monogamy with repression, monogamy with affairs, monogamy with prostitutes, serial monogamy. Not to mention individual solutions of great ingenuity, or desperation: Victor Hugo with the door knocked through the wall of his office, to let in a girl each afternoon. Auden's flair for finding call-boys in every town. Picasso who simply refused when wife and mistress demanded he choose between them. Then there is always the hair-shirt of course. But perhaps the thing to remember when you wake up with a life full of fresh paint and tortuous complications is that eroticism wasn't invented for you, nor merely for the survival of the species perhaps, but for a divinity's entertainment. Nothing generates so many opportunities for titillation and schadenfreude as eroticism. Which is why it lies at the centre of so much narrative. How the gods thronged the balconies of heaven to see the consequences of Helen's betrayal! And your friends are watching too. Your antics have put the shine on many a late-night conversation.
On the borders between mythology and history, that wily survivor Odysseus was the first who learnt to trick the gods. And perhaps his smartest trick of all was that of lashing himself to the mast before the Sirens came in earshot. There are those of course who are happy to stand at the railings, even scan the horizon. Otherwise, choose your mast, find the ropes that suit you: sport, workaholism, celibacy with prayerbook and bell... But the kindest and toughest ropes of all are probably to be found in some suburban semi-detached with rowdy children and a woman who never allows the dust to settle for too long.

Ето защо откакто свят светува хората са се опитвали да се насладят на чувственото преживяване без да бъдат погълнати от него. Цели общества и религии дължат своя облик на начина, по който са разгадали тази гатанка. Полигамия, оковите на брака с една жена, съпруга и няколко любовници, брак и платена любов, серийна моногамия. Без да споменаваме индивидуалните решения на проблема, отличаващи се с особена находчивост или отчаяние: Виктор Юго с неговата врата, пробита в стената на работния кабинет, за да може всеки следобед да го посещава по едно момиче. Ентусиазмът, с който Одън изнамирал момчета на повикване във всеки град. Пикасо, който просто отказал да избира между жена си и любовницата, когато те настояли за отговор. Но освен голотата на прелюбодееца, съществува и власеницата на покаянието. Може би това, което човек следва да си припомни, когато се събуди в средата на един живот, нов като прясна боя и пълен от край до край с усложнения е, че еротичното влечение не е било измислено заради него, нито пък само и единствено като средство за продължение на рода. То съществува в името на божествената забава. Нищо не е в състояние да създаде толкова много възможности за гъделичкане на сетивата и изтънчено удоволствие от чуждото нещастие, както еротиката. И затова тя се намира в сърцето на толкова много повествования. Как са се трупали боговете по балконите на небесната ложа, нетърпеливи да научат какви ще са последствията от изневярата на Елена! Приятелите ти също не остават по-назад - твоите собствени изпълнения са запалили искрата на не един среднощен разговор.
На граничната черта между митология и историческа истина, лукавият и жилав Одисей е бил първият, който е открил как да измами боговете. И може би най-хитроумният му трик е бил да се завърже към мачтата преди Сирените да се приближат на едно ухо разстояние. Разбира се, има и друг подход – да се изправим до борда, отправили търсещ взор към хоризонта. Ако ли не - изборът е ясен: харесайте си мачта и въже, което Ви подхожда: спорт, работа от сутрин до мрак, целомъдрие на дело и слово с молитвеника под мишница и камбани в главата... Ала най-мекото и яко въже може да бъде намерено в някоя от спретнатите къщурки в предградията - с една сюрия мили проклети дечица и покорна жена, която никога не ще остави праха да уседне по мебелите.

Source text - Bulgarian ІІІ ПРАВА И ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ НА ПРОДАВАЧА
Чл.4. Продавачът има право да получи изцяло цената за акциите – предмет на настоящия договор .
Чл. 5 Продавачът е длъжен :
5.1/ да прехвърли на Купувача собствеността върху акции – предмет на настоящия договор;
5.2/ да укаже на Купувача банковата си сметка , по която да бъдат превеждани сумите, представляващи покупната цена на акциите – предмет на настоящия договор;
5.3/ Да запази пълна конфиденциалност относно условията , при които се сключва настоящата сделка .
Чл.6. Продавачът декларира,че акциите – предмет на настоящия договор не са предмет на договор, ангажимент, споразумение или договореност с трети лица за продажба, не са предмет на запор или залог, като и не са обременени с никакви тежести.
Чл.7. Продавачът декларира, че до датата на извършване на сделката не е взето решение за промяна в размера или структурата на Капитала на Дружеството;
Чл.8. Продавачът декларира и гарантира пред Купувачa, че когато подпише настоящия Договор, същият ще представлява законно волята на Продавача и ще има обвързваща сила за страните, съгласно, съгласно законите на Република България.
Translation - English III. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Art. 4. The Seller is entitled to receive the full price of the shares – subject of this Agreement.
Art. 5. The Seller is obliged to:
5.1/ transfer to the Buyer the title to the shares – subject of this Agreement.
5.2/ notify the Buyer about his bank account, where the funds representing the purchase price of the shares – subject of this Agreement would be transferred.
5.3/ Hold the conditions of entry of the present transaction in absolute confidentiality.
Art. 6. The Seller hereby declares that the shares - subject of this Agreement, are not subject to sales contract, commitment, arrangement or agreement with third parties, no distraint or pledge have been levied thereon and that no encumbrances have been attached thereto.
Art. 7. The Seller hereby declares that until the date of execution of the transaction no decisions for changes in the size and the structure of the Company Capital have been made;
Art. 8. The Seller hereby declares and warrants to the Buyer that by signing this Agreement it legally represents the Seller’s will and that it will be binding to both parties under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
