Source text - Russian Споры между Договаривающимися Сторонами относительно толкования и применения настоящего Соглашения будут разрешаться путем переговоров.
Если таким образом спор не будет урегулирован, то по требованию любой из Договаривающихся Сторон он будет передан на рассмотрение в третейский суд.
Третейский суд выносит свое решение большинством голосов. Такое решение будет иметь обязательную силу. Каждая из Договаривающихся Сторон будет нести расходы, связанные с деятельностью назначенного ею члена суда; расходы, связанные с деятельностью председателя суда, а также прочие расходы Договаривающиеся Стороны будут нести в равных долях. По всем иным вопросам третейский суд определит порядок своей работы самостоятельно.
Translation - English Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be settled thereby, it shall, at the request of either Contracting Party, be submitted to an arbitral tribunal.
The arbitral tribunal shall reach its decision by a majority of votes. Such decision shall be binding on both Parties. Each Contracting Party shall bear the expenses of its own member of the tribunal, while the costs related to the Chairman, as well as the other costs, are to be paid for equally by both Contracting Parties. On all the other matters, the arbitral tribunal shall determine its own procedure independently.

I teach English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at the University of Haifa, Israel.
