2. Responsabilidades
O Coordenador da Qualidade junto com o Gerente da Qualidade e Técnico são responsáveis pela aprovação do Plano de Auditoria, por eventuais reformulações e pela avaliação dos resultados das auditorias internas da qualidade.
O Departamento da Qualidade é responsável pela elaboração, reformulação (se necessária) e pelo acompanhamento do Plano de Auditoria, bem como por manter os registros do sistema.
Os auditores são responsáveis pela realização das auditorias.
O Coordenador de Não-Conformidades é responsável por cadastrar no banco de dados de gestão de não-conformidades (DocAction) os apontamentos oriundos de auditorias internas. É responsável também pelo acompanhamento das ações corretivas e/ou preventivas decorrentes das auditorias internas.
Os Gerentes das áreas auditadas são responsáveis pela definição e implementação das ações corretivas.
Quando houver a necessidade de obtenção de recursos extraordinários para possibilitar a efetiva realização das auditorias internas da qualidade, o Gerente da Qualidade e Técnico providencia a sub-contratação de empresa especializada. Nestas situações o Gerente da Qualidade e Técnico é responsável por assegurar que a empresa especializada sub-contratada apresente registros de forma a atestar adequada qualificação da equipe auditora.

2. Responsibilities
The Quality Coordinator together with the Quality Manager and Technician are responsible for the approval of the Audit Plan, for eventual reformulation and for the evaluation of internal quality audits results.
The Quality Department is responsible for elaborating, reformulating (if necessary) and monitoring the Audit Plan as well as for maintaining the system register.
The auditors are responsible for executing the audit.
The Non-Conformity Coordinator is responsible for registering annotations originating from internal audits in the non-conformity management databank (DocAction). He is also responsible for the monitoring of corrective and/or preventive actions originating from internal audits.
The Managers of the audited areas are responsible for the definition and implementation of corrective actions.
Should the need arise for the procurement of outside resources to enable carrying out internal quality control audits effectively, the Quality Manager and Technician will arrange for the sub-contracting of a specialist firm. In these situations, the Quality Manager and Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the sub-contracted specialist firm is properly qualified to do the job.
3. Types of Internal Audits
Audits are planned by type and are in reality a system for checking samples by fulfilling the support normative requisites of the Quality Management System. In these audits, the system elements must be evaluated in function of the importance of the activities and of their present situation, checking if the activities and results are in conformity with the plan.
