3. 을측은 본 계약서에 따라 갑측을 위하여 준비, 제조, 처리, 검사, 포장, 일시적 재료비축, 일시적 제품 재고비축 및 사내에서 재료 및 제품에 대한 하역 작업 그리고 생산용 수도, 전기사용 등 대리 가공 서비스를 제공하며 갑측은 이에 대해 1.7위엔 (인민폐)/병의 대리 가공비를 지불하는데 동의한다. 대리가공비에는 빈 병, 병 라벨, 외곽 박스, 알루미늄박 밀봉구, 내용물 및 대리 제조 등이 포함된다.

5. 검사를 거쳐 발견된 불량품은 출하시키지 못하며 불량원인이 협력업체인 경우, 협력업체가 상응한 손실을 배상하지만 불량원인이 갑측인 경우, 갑측에서 책임지며 불량원인이 을측이면 을측에서 상응한 손실을 책임진다.
6. .갑측이 제품 접수후 품질 문제가 발생할 경우, 을측은 갑측을 협조하여 공동으로 감정 결과를 처리하며 품질 문제 원인이 을측일 때 을측은 실제 발생된 손실만큼 갑측에 배상하여야 한다.
8) 납품 및 제품 접수
2． 을측이 대리 가공 완료한 음료 공급지점은 을측 완제품 창고이며 을측은 제품을 갑측의 화물차에 싣고 정연하게 적재하며 수출 포장 업무를 협조한다.
2．모든 수출 관련 비용 (통관, 통관 검사, 창고 예약, 운수비용 등)은 갑측에서 부담하며 을측은 실제비용의 정식 영수증을 첨부하여 갑측에 비용을 청구한다.
9) 브랜드
1．갑측이 을측에 의뢰하여 생산하는 음료 브랜드가 위조될 경우, 갑측은 법률 및 상업상 일체 배상 책임을 부담한다.
2. 을측은 갑측이 음료 브랜드의 소유자이며 을측은 브랜드 혹은 음료에 사용된 도면, 상징 부호 등에 대한 소유권이 없음을 확인하여야 한다.
3. 갑측은 을측에 대리 가공 제품의 브랜드 등록 증명서를 제공하여야 한다.
