I am a Mechanical Engineer, a writer and a professional translator. I work as a freelance translator since 2003 (see my CV for further details). My linguistic combination is English > Italian.
My main areas of expertise are Technical/Scientific (Engineering), IT, Pharmaceutical/Medicine (e.g. studies, products, medical devices), and Surveys/Market researches.

The main services I offer are translation, proofreading, final quality check, editing, on-line review, glossary creation and managing, documents aligning. I use several CAT tools.

I am a writer, the title of my first book, published in November 2012 by Edizioni Spartaco (Caserta), is L’Officina del mondo and I am at work for the second one. Furthermore, my writings were published in some anthologies, books or magazines (Napoli Monitor, La Sinistra), and especially in the online magazine of “Fondazione Premio Napoli” (the principal cultural institution in Naples).
Starting from 2013 I am the responsible for the Inquiry section of the magazine “Achab”, published in Naples, Rome and Milan.
In my past, there is also an amazing experience as agonistic tennis player.
