I am of Indonesian origin with Indonesian and Javanese Language as my mother tongue. I have lived and worked in the UK for 20 years with regular visit to Indonesia.

I am a qualified linguist with Master of Education degree in Indonesian Language and Literature with English as a minor subject. I am curently working as a Principal Examiner for University of Cambridge as well as a free-lancer teacher, translator, editor, proof-reader and interpreter of Indonesian Language. In my spare time I work as an Art & Craft tutor/project/work-shop co-ordinator.

I have over 20 years experience in teaching, translating, editing, proof-reading and interpreting from English to Indonesian and vise-versa. Projects I have completed including project for well-known companies such as British Aerospace, Roll-Royce, ICI-Colours, Uni Lever, Sumatra-London Palm Oil, Saint Andrews Golf Club, Trafalgar House Constructions, MOD, etc. I received a very good feed-back for all the projects I carried out.

Beside Indonesian language and Literature I have also gained other qualifications, including Communication Literature and Information technology (New CLAIT), Business and Management which also covered administration, book-keeping, accounting, budgeting, marketing, taxing, customer care. I also have qualifications related to education and language ( from early years to further education) including Art & Craft Teaching, Adult Basic and Finance Skills Teaching, Language for Speech Impairment, Technology, Media, Methods and Aids in Language Learning, Writing Skills, Food and Hygiene, First Aids for early Years and General First Aids, Counselling, Sociology, etc.

Since I live in the UK I also have many years experience working in an office environment, Community College and Organisations utilising the above qualifications.

I believe that the combination of my qualifications and experiences would be advantageous to any project I undertake.
