В соответствии с решением Ревизионной комиссии ОАО «ЦКБ Энергоремонт» (протокол от 15.03.2007 №2), действующей на основании Устава Общества и Положения о ревизионной комиссии Общества, проведена проверка финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ОАО «ЦКБ Энергоремонт» по итогам работы за 2006 год.

Предыстория
В начале каждого года компания ARDO традиционно проводит встречи со своими партнерами и дистрибуторами в неформальной праздничной обстановке. В 2005 году ТМ ARDO укрепила свои позиции на международном уровне, оставаясь верной своим итальянским корням, что отразилось также на позиционировании и продвижении бытовой техники ARDO на рынке. Таким образом, при организации традиционного мероприятия перед Агентством стояла задача, с одной стороны, показать международный уровень, а с другой - итальянское происхождение марки и то, как это отразилось на рекламно-маркетинговой стратегии компании.
Планирование
Агентство предложило провести мероприятие концептуально – не просто устроить вечеринку, но уже на уровне корпоративного праздника начать реализацию PR-стратегии, которая стала органичным дополнением маркетинговых активностей компании.
Таким образом, все элементы праздника – от выбора помещения, декора, составления меню до наполнения программы активностями – должны были доносить нашу главную идею: ARDO – это представитель италянского стиля в Украине. Международный бренд, который при этом не забывает о своих национальных корнях.
Мы выбрали для проведения праздника «Decadence House» и разработали специальный фирменный стиль вечеринки, в котором декорировали все визуальные материалы. Развлекательная программа также была составлена с учетом тех идеи, которые мы хотели донести до гостей вечера. А учитывая, что к моменту проведения мероприятия мы уже знали, с какими партнерами мы хотели бы сотрудничать в рамках реализации внешней PR-стратегии, мы предложили также внести их в списки гостей и дать им слово во время праздника.
Осуществление
«Встреча друзей» - такое название получило мероприятие, и пригласительный уже самой своей сутью отразил ту теплоту, с которой организаторы подошли ко встрече со своими партнерами, – гости получили диск с видеообращением генерального директора East Trading Company в Украине и России Андреа Палосси и подборкой классической итальянской музыки.
Непосредственно на самой вечеринке гости могли наслаждаться итальянской музыкой и дегустировать итальянские вина, рекомендации к которым давал Дмитрий Сидоренко, президент ассоциации сомелье Украины. Кроме этого, гостям была представлены последние коллекции модных итальянских дизайнеров. Перед гостями выступил джазовый коллектив во главе с Юлией Ромой. Вечер завершился торжественным разрезанием символического торта ARDO и танцами.
И, конечно, общение и тосты. Приветственные слова всем присутствующим адресовали партнеры ARDO, в проектах которых бренд был намерен принять участие в 2006 году: Николо Франко Баллони, директор Итальянского культурного центра, Лана Рокси, исполнительный директор конкурса круизных коллекций «10*10», Наталья Дрозденко, председатель Союза Дизайнеров Украины.

Prehistory
Traditionally at the beginning of the year ARDO company organizes meetings with its partners and distributors in informal atmosphere of a holiday. In 2005 TM ARDO strengthened its position at the international level; remaining faithful to its Italian roots, which affected also positioning and promotion of ARDO home appliance at the market. Thus, while organizing traditional event Agency on hand had to demonstrate international level and on the other hand – Italian origin of the brand and the way it affected marketing-advertising strategy of the company.
Planning
The Agency offered conceptual realization of the event – not just giving party, but starting realization of PR strategy, which would organically fill up marketing activities of the company, at the level of corporative holiday.
Thus, all the elements of the holiday – starting from the choice of premise, décor, menu composition and ending by activity content of the programme – were to deliver our main idea: ARDO is a representative of Italian style in Ukraine. International brand, which, however, does not forget about its national roots.
«Decadence House» was chosen to hold a celebration. We developed a special style of the party, based on which all the visual materials were decorated. E-programme was also composed considering the ideas we wanted to deliver to the guests of the party. Taking into account that we had already known by the moment of the event, which partners we would like to cooperate with in terms of external PR strategy realization, we offered including them in guest list and giving them a floor during the holiday.
Realization
“Meeting friends” was the title of the event and even invitation card reflected the warmth, the organizers treated meeting with their partners – the guests received a CD with video address of GM of East Trading Company in Ukraine and Russia Andrea Palocci and the compilation of Italian classic music.
Directly at the party the guests had a chance to enjoy Italian music and degust Italian vines, recommended by Dmitry Sidorenko, the President of the Association of Sommeliers of Ukraine. Besides the latest collection of popular Italian designers were introduced to the guests. Jazz band headed by Yulia Roma performed for the guests. The evening ended by solemn cutting of symbolic ARDO cake and dancing.
And, of course, communications and toasts. Welcome words to all those present were addressed by ARDO partners, in the projects of which the brand intended to take part in 2006. Nickolo Franko Balloni, Director of the Italian Cultural Center, Lana Roxy, Executive Director or the Cruise Collections Contest «10*10», Natalia Drozdenko, Chef Deputy of the Unity of Designers of Ukranie.

Source text - English Wherever they do business around the world, our companies’ marketing is governed by our International Marketing Standards.
Our Standards are globally consistent and embody in detail our commitment to marketing appropriately and only to adult smokers. They aim to ‘raise the bar’ by establishing a benchmark for the industry worldwide and in some countries they are stricter than local laws.
The Standards cover all tobacco product marketing and messaging for consumers across print, billboards, electronic media, promotional events and sponsorship. Examples of how they address tobacco product brand communications include:
• Not to be aimed at, or particularly appeal to youth;
• Not to feature a celebrity nor link tobacco with sporting, professional, social or sexual success;
• Not to appear in printed publications unless at least 75 per cent of readers are verified as adults;
• To carry a health warning as well as the health warnings on product packs;
• No giant billboard advertising and no billboards at all within 100 metres of a school;
• No web, television, cinema or radio advertising unless the audience can be restricted to verified adults;
• No direct or indirect product placement;
• No event sponsorship unless the participants and audience are adults;
• No direct consumer contact unless with verified adult consumers;
• No unsolicited free samples.
Our companies are expected to observe the Standards in both the letter and intent, to actively encourage retailers and other business partners to apply them and to work to prevent our tobacco product brand names, trademarks or logos from being used by others in a way that violates the Standards.
Background
Before we launched the International Marketing Standards, our marketing had been guided for many years by our Group Advertising Principles. These had set out, for example, that any advertising and promotional activities by our companies would be directed at adult smokers, that no health claims would be made about tobacco products, that people appearing in advertising would not be, or appear to be, younger than 25, and more.
In 2001, we built further on these by launching the Standards. As well as requiring that marketing activities and messages should not particularly appeal to youth, feature celebrities or suggest that smoking enhances popularity or sporting, sexual or professional success, the Standards meant that our companies stopped any advertising of tobacco product brands on TV and radio, even where it was still allowed by local law.
In line with the Standards, we also exited from tobacco brand sponsorship of Formula One racing after honouring commercial commitments to December 2006, although not all our competitors did.
We aim to keep the Standards relevant as the international marketing and regulatory environment evolves. In 2007, we updated them to include, for example, more detail on procedures to be followed for adult verification and the responsible use of new and emerging channels of consumer communication. Our companies have until 30 June 2008 to be applying the updated 2007 Standards in full.
Adherence by our companies is continuously monitored by our internal audit teams and reviewed by regional audit committees, which include Non-Executive Directors, other members of the British American Tobacco p.l.c Board and members of the Management Board. Any material issues are referred to the Board Audit Committee.
Local laws
In some parts of the world, laws or industry voluntary codes are less strict than our Standards, and competitors do not necessarily follow such tight procedures. However, our Standards govern marketing practices by all our companies, even if this may place them at a competitive disadvantage.
We continue to invite other tobacco companies to subscribe to the Standards. To promote higher standards generally, as well as a level competitive playing field, our companies ask governments to embody our Standards or similar provisions into local law. Of course, if local laws are stricter than our Standards, our companies observe the law.
Looking ahead
We keep in mind the scope to tighten our Standards still more. But this could place our companies at further competitive disadvantage unless our competitors also adopt our Standards, or governments embody them into laws.
Areas where our companies will engage with governments and competitors on ‘raising the bar’ still higher include:
• No ‘out of home’ advertising at all, including outside stores;
• No in-store advertising to be visible from outside the shop;
• No automated vending machines unless the purchaser can be verified as adult.

Стандарти, за якими ми працюємо є дуже послідовними, вони детально відображають наші зобов’язання під час реалізації маркетингових стратегій, які повинні буди спрямовані тільки на дорослих курців. Їх мета - підіймання вікової планки споживача за допомогою встановлення точки відліку, єдиної для всього світу та, навіть, більш суворою, ніж у деяких країнах.
Стандарти розповсюджуються на будь-яку маркетингову чи рекламну діяльність : друкована реклама, білборди, електронні засоби масової інформації, промоутивні заходи та спонсорство. Організація заходів спілкування виробників тютюнової продукції зі своїм потенційним споживачем повинна спиратися на такі принципи :
• Заходи не повинні спрямовуватися на молодь, чи мати їх за цільову аудиторію ;

Трошки історії
Перед тим, як було започатковано Міжнародні Маркетингові Стандарти, наш маркетинг впродовж багатьох років керувався Рекламними Принципами Групи. Згідно з ними, будь яка рекламна діяльність компанії була спрямована тільки на дорослих курців, виключала будь-яки ствердження, щодо корисності тютюнових продуктів; люди, які з’являлися у рекламі тютюнових продуктів були ,чи, принаймні, виглядали старше, ніж 25 років.
У 2001 році на їх основі ми почали створювати наші Стандарти. Разом з вимогами стосовно відсутності спрямованості будь-якої маркетингової діяльності виробників тютюнових продуктів на молодь чи розглядання їх як цільову аудиторію, залучання до реклами відомих людей чи натякання на те, що паління збільшує популярність, пов’язування його зі спортом, професійним успіхом або успіхом у протилежної статі, згідно зі Стандартами, наші компанії повинні зупинити будь-яку рекламу тютюнових продуктів на телебаченні та радіо, навіть як що це не забороняється місцевими законами.
Також, на відміну від деяких наших конкурентів, згідно зі Cтандартами, ми зупинили наше спонсорство у ралі Формула Один після прийняття на себе комерційних забов’язань у Грудні 2006.
Ми маємо за мету оновлювати наші Стандарти відповідно до розвитку міжнародного маркетингового та регулятивного довкілля. У 2007 році оновлення були пов’язані з більш детальним висвітлюванням процедур щодо контролю віку споживача та більш відповідним ставленням до каналів спілкування з ним. До Червня 2008 наші компанії будуть повною мірою дотримуватися оновлених у 2007 році стандартів.
Разом з регіональним аудиторським комітетом, що включає у себе Невиконавчих Директорів, членів Правління та інших Представників Брітіш Американ Тобакко, за строгим виконанням усіх норм спостерігає внутрішня команда з аудиту. Усі матеріальні проблеми вирішує Головний Аудиторський Комітет.
Місцеві закони
У деяких частинах світу закони чи регулятивні норми, які діють у тютюновій промисловості, менш суворі, ніж наші Cтандарти, і конкуренти не дуже строго притримуються жорстких процедур, але діяльність усіх компаній групи керується насамперед Стандартами, навіть, як що це ставить їх у невигідне становище у порівнянні з конкурентами.
Ми продовжуємо запрошувати інші тютюнові компанії притримуватися Cтандартів. Для того, що би загально просувати їх на рівень конкурентної боротьби, наша група закликає уряди країн реалізовувати Стандарти , чи схожі регулятивні положення , у місцевих законах.
Дивлячись у майбутнє.
У майбутньому ми хочемо ще більше звузити рамки Стандартів , але таким чином компанії нашої групи опиняться у ще більш невигідному конкурентному становищі , якщо наші конкуренти не приймуть Стандарти як регулятивну норму своєю діяльності або уряди не зроблять їх частиною місцевих законів.
Сфери, у яких наші компанії мають намір «підняти планку» навіть вище, та впевнити у необхідності цієї міри, уряди і конкурентів :
• Скасування зовнішньої реклами, включаючи рекламу зовні крамниць;
• Скасування внутрішньої реклами, яку можна побачити зовні крамниці ;
• Скасування автоматів з продажу цигарок при неможливості визначення віку покупця.
