Source text - Russian Финансовые итоги 2002 года ОАО "XXX" заметно отличаются от предыдущего отчетного периода. Так, более чем в два раза увеличилась валюта баланса. Увеличение балансовых активов произошло за счет:
- увеличения доли краткосрочных финансовых вложений (34% балансовых активов 2002 года против 8,3% балансовых активов 2001 года);
- увеличения доли денежных средств (54% балансовых активов 2002 года против 15% балансовых активов 2001 года).
Следует отметить, что указанные активы являются высоколиквидными и эти показатели отразились в оценке ликвидности как основе платежеспособности. По итогам года, коэффициент абсолютной ликвидности составил 1,55 при нормативном значении 0,2 - 0,5; критический коэффициент ликвидности равен 1,6 при нормативном значении 1.
Анализ дебиторской задолженности показывает, что абсолютное значение данного актива уменьшилось в 6 раз. Относительные показатели составляют:
- оборачиваемость оборотных активов 4,20; - оборачиваемость денежных средств 8,30.
Такие значения относительных показателей реально отражают временные этапы прохождения сделок с ценными бумагами. Улучшение данных показателей возможно при улучшении работы всей инфраструктуры фондового рынка.
На изменение суммы пассивов прежде всего повлияло изменение кредиторской задолженности (57% балансовых пассивов 2002 года против 14% балансовых пассивов 2001 года). Рост кредиторской задолженности объясняется увеличением оборотов по брокерским договорам с клиентами в связи с улучшением ситуации на фондовом рынке в целом. В сравнении с аналогичным периодом прошедшего года объем выручки компании увеличился почти в 14 раз при пропорциональном увеличении себестоимости реализованных активов. По итогам года прибыль от финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и нераспределенная прибыль в сравнении с базовым периодом увеличилась в 12 и 11 раз соответственно. Управленческие расходы увеличились всего в 2,2 раза.
Финансовые результаты работы Компании характеризуются следующими относительными показателями:
- общая рентабельность собственного капитала - 0,82;
- чистая рентабельность собственного капитала - 0,58.
Translation - English The result of financial operations performed by public corporation "XXX" company in year 2002 are remarkably different from that for the previous year of account. Specifically, currency of the balance sheet has grown more than twice. The growth of assets of the balance sheet has been due for as follows:
- the share of short-term capital investments has risen up to 34% of assets on 2002balance sheet as against 8.3% of assets on 2001 balance sheet;
- the share of cash assets has risen up to 54% of assets on 2002 balance sheet as against 15% of assets on 2001 balance sheet;
Remarkably the above-mentioned assets are highly liquid ready money forming the ground of company's creditworthiness through appraisal of liquidity. The annual statements showed the company's absolute liquidity rate, as 1.55 against the standard norm of 0.2 through 0.5 and the critical liquidity rate was 1.6 against the standard norm of 1.0. Review of the debt receivables showed the absolute figures for these assets have fallen six fold. The ratio figures show as follows:
- the working capital turnover rate is 4.20 and the cash turnover rate is 8.30.
These ratio figures are true reflection of the actual lengths of time characteristic for the performed security transactions. Perfected functioning of the stock market structures could make these figures better.
The figures of the company's liabilities total have changed first of all due to the change of the accounts payable figures, and specifically the liabilities made 57% of the 2002 balance sheet total as against 14% of the 2001 balance sheet total. The growth of the company's liabilities to creditors has been due to increased capital turnover in broker's contracts made up with the company's customers following the current better situation in the stock market. The company's proceeds total has grown up to nearly 14-fold against the proceeds figures of analogous period in the previous year and the cost value of the marketed assets has grown alike. The yearly account shows 12-fold growth of total profit yielded from financial and business operations
and 11-fold growth of retained profit respectively. The administration costs showed thereat the increase of only 2.2
So the company's financing activities result in the following ratio figures:
- 0.82 as the general profitability of the company's own capital;
- 0.58 as the net profitability of the company's own capital

Source text - English A number of European countries cited the European Employment Services (EURES) as the
primary means of recruiting non-national workers and of coordinating regional recruitment
policies. EURES is a European labour market network aimed at facilitating the mobility of
workers in the European Economic Area (EEA). It brings together the European Commission
and the Public Employment Services of the countries belonging to the EEA. EURES operates
through more than 450 EURO advisers stationed throughout Austria, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
The objectives of EURES are to provide information, counselling and assistance in relation to
placement and recruitment to nationals of EEA countries. Potential migrants and interested
employers are provided with information on living and working conditions, legislation,
administrative formalities, advice on how to find a job and access to the public employment
services of other EEA countries. EURES has established two databases, the first dealing with
job vacancies for EEA nationals, and the second containing general information on living and
working conditions in EEA countries. EURES also provides a service to ensure the
comparability of qualifications within the EEA.

things you wouldn’t expect to see
together in a sentence, let alone a
photograph. Look as hard as you
like. Scour every detail. You won’t find them in
the images over the next few pages. But trust
me they are there.
So why aren’t they visible? Simply because they’ve
been scanned, adapted and used to create layers of
texture in the work of photographer and postproduction
whizz Dimitri Daniloff – the man behind
those PlayStation ads. Each image is original, hyperreal
and definitely walking the fine line to bizarresville.
Daniloff is actually on holiday when he sits down to
talk to DP. Just a little break away from the studio
before he heads back for a campaign, which is “going
to be big.” But about which he can say nothing else,
except that it mixes his advertising and fashion work
with a large dollop of post-production. Time off means
time away not only from the studio, but also from the
team. And he believes strongly in teamwork. It’s all well
and good being in charge, but without communication
everything comes tumbling down. “If you don’t listen
you’re not going forward – that’s my point of view.” He
continues, “I can say I like this kind of hair or makeup,
but it’s not my work. So if they have a better idea then
I’ll listen to them.”

Нет, мы не занимаемся поэтикой абсурда. Как видите, эти три вещи и в предложении тяжело сочетаются друг с другом, не говоря уже о фотографии. Присматривайтесь сколько угодно к изображениям на следующих страницах этой статьи, изучайте детали с помощью лупы: вашему взору предстанет всё, что угодно, только не латекс, перхоть и карпаччо. И всё же поверьте – они там есть.
Так в чём же здесь секрет? Скажем лишь одно – за всеми маленькими и большими чудесами стоят люди. На этот раз волшебником, обратившим на себя внимание сперва мировой общественности, а чуть позже и нашей редакции, стал гениальный фотохудожник и мастер компьютерной постобратки Дмитрий Данилов, автор тех самых фантасмагорических образов с плакатов рекламной кампании Sony PlayStation. Ну а букет ингредиентов, подобных упомянутым выше, маэстро, предварительно отсканировав и отретушировав, без всяких предрассудков использовал для создания необычной текстуры своих изображений. Каждое из них не менее оригинально, чем предыдущее, не более реально, чем сон, смелее, самых смелых фантазий. У Данилова появился небольшой намёк на отпуск – капля свободного времени и возможность провести его вдали от привычных студий. Вскоре Дмитрий уйдёт с головой в новый проект, о котором он особенно не распространяется, ограничившись лишь скудным «масштабный», и ещё парочкой фраз, указывающих на его рекламную природу с элементами фэшн-фотографии и вероятно исчисляемой сотнями студийных часов постобработкой. Пока же маэстро принадлежит нам.
Для Данилова свободное время означает расставание не только со студией, но ещё и со своей командой таких же, как он профессионалов. Фотограф считает командную работу одной из главных составляющих успеха. Безусловно, хорошо быть боссом, однако если при этом ты изолируешь себя в башне из собственных «я», то рано или поздно грохот твоего падения не услышат только глухие. «Я уверен, очень важно считаться с мнением коллег», рассуждает Данилов. «Ну, могу сказать, что мне нравится вот эта причёска или вот такой макияж модели, но ведь не моя это работа. И если профессионалы в этом деле посчитают нужным что-то изменить, я внимательно их выслушаю»
