COUNSELORS’ INFORMED CONSENT AGREEMENT
The undersigned acknowledges that while the Counselors involved in the surrogate parenting procedure contemplated herein, pursuant to the terms of this Retainer Agreement, may be paid by the Intended Parents, the surrogate and her husband, if any, as well as the Intended Parents are the clients of the Counselors. These professionals must place the health and well being of their clients above all else.
While it is the intention of the Intended Parents and the Counselors herein to aid in the successful culmination of this Retainer Agreement, the parties understand that the Counselors may ethically and legally have to advise or counsel the surrogate and her husband, if any, to conduct themselves or act in a manner contrary to the interests of the Intended Parents.
Translation - Russian ДОГОВОР ОБ ИНФОРМИРОВАННОМ СОГЛАСИИ КОНСУЛЬТАНТОВ
Нижеподписавшиеся признают, что, несмотря на то, что оплату консультантам, принимающим участие в процедуре суррогатного материнства, рассматриваемой в настоящем Договоре, согласно условиям настоящего Договора, могут производить предполагаемые родители, клиентами консультантов являются суррогатная мать и ее муж, если таковой имеется, а также предполагаемые родители. Эти квалифицированные специалисты должны ставить здоровье и благополучие своих клиентов превыше всего остального.
Несмотря на то, что намерение предполагаемых родителей и консультантов, согласно настоящего Договора, состоит в оказании помощи для успешного завершения настоящего Договора о предоставлении услуг, стороны понимают, что консультанты могут из этических и законных соображений рекомендовать или проконсультировать суррогатную мать и ее мужа, если таковой имеется, вести себя или действовать вопреки интересам предполагаемых родителей.
