Bio

Hi, I'm Gila.

I have spent my entire life navigating between languages and cultures.  Good advertising gives me a thrill and so does helping people and companies express themselves.  Among other things, I have managed huge multi-language projects at RR Donnelley in New York, translated legal documents in Zurich at UBS bank, and written for international art fairs and exhibitions. I am an attorney as well as an alumna of the Literary Translation graduate program at the University of Iowa where I held a Fellowship. I have university degrees in Philosophy (UC San Diego), Communication (UC San Diego), and Visual Art Practice (CCA Tbilisi).
