English to Polish: Single Bearing Packing Line Manual
Source text - English All of the relevant Station tooling on the Box Cartoner machine must be changed over to the current box size. This will include the Box Former Station [1], Box Close Station [3], Bearing Infeed Station [4], Bearing Stuffer Station [5] and Box Close Station [7]. It will also be necessary to set the flap detect sensors at Station 10 to the correct position on the table. In order to accommodate a new box size, all of the pallets on the Box Cartoner machine need to be changed to the correct size. This function has been made as easy and quick as possible by implementing quick release couplings on each pallet along with a door override and two handed start index operation. The purpose of the door override keyswitch is to safely override the front left hand guard door switch to allow safe access to change the pallets over. When the keyswitch is operated, power is safely removed from all of the cylinders on the machine. It is then only possible to move the index chain and then only using the two handed start pushbuttons provided at either end of the Box Cartoner control panel. This allows the pallets to be changed over without the need for constantly having to open / close and reset the interlocked access doors. The override keyswitch must only be used by designated qualified personnel who have been fully trained in the procedure and understand all the safety implications involved.

Trzeba też umieścić we właściwym miejscu czujniki wykrywające zakładkę (stacja 10). Wszystkie palety pakowarki muszą być dostosowane do rozmiaru pudełka. Czynność ta została maksymalnie uproszczona dzięki zastosowaniu szybko zwalniającego elementu sprzęgającego na każdej palecie, a także możliwości zignorowania otwartych drzwiczek i uruchomienia napędu łańcucha wyłącznikiem dwuręcznym. Dzięki przełącznikowi kluczykowemu umożliwiającemu ignorowanie otwartych drzwiczek można w bezpieczny sposób wymienić palety korzystając z przednich lewych drzwiczek dostępu. Użycie przełącznika kluczykowego powoduje odcięcie zasilania od wszystkich cylindrów maszyny. Łańcuch można wówczas przesunąć jedynie przy pomocy dwuręcznego wyłącznika, którego przyciski znajdują się po obu stronach panela kontrolnego pakowarki. Pozwala to uniknąć ciągłego otwierania i zamykania drzwiczek dostępu oraz włączania blokady podczas wymiany palet. Z przełącznika kluczykowego może korzystać jedynie wyznaczony, wykwalifikowany personel, przeszkolony w tym zakresie i rozumiejący istniejące zagrożenie.
