Source text - English Amiodarone is a medication that helps in the management of heart rhythm abnormalities. It is a very effective medication but can produce side effects which your doctor will need to monitor. Amiodarone is used to help keep the heart in its normal (sinus) rhythm.It is also used when the heart has changed its rhythm (arrhythmia) to help it return to normal rhythm.
Side Effects
Although generally well tolerated amiodarone does have side effects that can affect different parts of our body.
Skin
When taking amiodarone the skin can take
on a greyish/blue tinge. This will settle on
stopping amiodarone but can take a long time.
While taking amiodarone you may become more sensitive to sunburn. Using sunblock and hats appears to prevent this side effect. Because amiodarone remains in the body for a long time it may be necessary to continue using sun block for a few months after stopping amiodarone.

Durante l’assunzione di Amiodarone, si può inoltre essere più sensibili alle scottature. L’uso di una protezione totale e di cappelli sembra prevenire questo effetto collaterale. Poiché Amiodarone continua a essere presente nell’organismo per tanto tempo, potrebbe essere necessario continuare a usare la protezione totale per alcuni mesi dopo la fine dell‘assunzione del farmaco.

Hinweise zur Anwendung
Die angegebenen Verarbeitungszeiten (siehe »Technische Daten« auf Seite) gelten für eine Raumtemperatur von 23 °C und eine normale relative Luftfeuchte von 50 %. Höhere Temperaturen verkürzen, niedrigere verlängern diese Zeiten.
Rückstände von Retraktionslösungen gründlich mit Wasser abspülen, andernfalls können diese unter Umständen zu einer Verlängerung der Abbindezeit führen.
Den Kontakt der Abformung mit organischen Lösungsmitteln oder lösungsmittelhaltigen Flüssigkeiten vermeiden, andernfalls kann es zu einer Quellung des Materials und damit zu Ungenauigkeiten im Ausguss kommen.
Kontakt des Abformmaterials mit Latexhandschuhen vermeiden. XXX empfiehlt die Verwendung von Handschuhen auf PVC- oder PE-Basis.
XXX nicht mit kondensationsvernetzenden Silikon- oder Polyether-Abformmaterialien kombinieren.

Indicazioni per l’uso
I tempi di lavorazione indicati (vedere »Specifiche tecniche« a pagina) si riferiscono a una temperatura ambiente di 23 °C e un tasso di umidità relativa normale del 50%. In caso di temperature più elevate o più basse, i tempi si abbreviano o si prolungano rispettivamente.
Pulire a fondo con acqua i residui delle soluzioni per la retrazione gengivale, in quanto essi potrebbero prolungare i tempi di presa.
Evitare il contatto dell’impronta con solventi organici o liquidi contenenti solventi in quanto ciò potrebbe provocare un rigonfiamento del materiale e, di conseguenza, causare imprecisioni nella colata.
Evitare il contatto del materiale per impronte con guanti in lattice. Si raccomanda l’uso di guanti in PVC o a base di PE.
Non utilizzare XXX in combinazione con materiali per impronte in silicone reticolato per condensazione o in polietere.

Licensee may not:

Bedarfsgerechte Schmerzmitteleinnahme, sowie regelmäßige aktive Bewegungsübungen im Ausmaß 0/0/30-40° ab sofort. Dann wöchentliche Steigerung der Beugung um ca. 10°. Regelmäßige isometrische Anspannungsübungen der Quadricepsmuskulatur. Beibehalten der weitgehenden Entlastung der operierten UE durch Verwendung von UA-Stützen bis zum Ende der 5. p.o. Woche. Tragen des 0S-Kompressionsstrumpfes tagsüber u. Fortsetzung der laufenden medikamentösen Thromboembolieprophylaxe in der verordneten Dosis bis zum Erreichen der Vollbelastung in der 6. p.o. Woche. Sauberer u. trockener Umgang mit den Wunden u. den Verbänden. Erste ambulante Kontrolle mit gleichzeitiger Nahtentfernung um den 10. p.o. Tag wie vereinbart - unverzügliche vorgezogene Vorstellung bei allfälligen Problemen (zunehmende Schwellung, Überwärmung, Fieber, lokale Schwellungen, Wadenschmerzen....) ohne vorhergehende Anmeldung. Folgekontrollen nach Vereinbarung; in der Regel zunächst jede 2. Woche, später 1x pro Monat, physiotherapeutische Übungsmaßnahmen bei regelrechtem Verlauf erst ab der 5. p.o. Woche.

Regolari esercizi di distensione isometrica del quadricipitte. Continuare il più possibile ad alleggerire l’arto inferiore operato usando le stampelle fino alla fine della quinta settimana post-operatoria. Indossare la calza compressiva sopra la coscia per tutto il giorno e proseguire la profilassi farmacologica tromboembolitica corrente nelle dosi prescritte fino al raggiungimento del carico completo alla sesta settimana post-operatoria. Tenere pulite e asciutte le ferite e il bendaggio. Primo controllo in ambulatorio con concomitante rimozione dei punti di sutura dopo 10 giorni dall’intervento chirurgico, come concordato; controllo anticipato, senza necessità di un preventivo appuntamento, in caso di eventuali problemi (aumento del gonfiore, ipertermia, febbre, ingrossamenti locali, dolore al polpaccio...). Controlli successivi come concordato, di norma ogni due settimane all’inizio e poi una volta al mese, esercizi di fisioterapia in caso di regolare decorso, solo a partire dalla quinta settimana post-operatoria.
Rottura dell’impianto a seguito di ricostruzione tendine rotuleo del LCA del ginocchio sx - alterazioni degenerative del menisco laterale – lesioni cartilaginee circoscritte di grado II e III al condilo femorale mediale.
Nuova ricostruzione del LCA – questa volta con semitendinoso quadruplo – fissazione prossimale con Endobutton, distale con viti ad interferenza l0x25.
