Source text - English His phenomenology is essentially divided into two categories: on the one hand we have what he called experiments, on the other a vast anthology of miracles of all different kinds. The experiments were carried out around a table, in his own home or at someone else’s home. The number of people present ranged from five to ten. The “work tools” were generally extra strong sheets of white paper and a normal deck of cards. Both the cards and the paper were often brand new and still newly packaged. At times one of the people present would bring the paper or cards from their own home or buy them new. Translation - Italian La sua fenomenologia è essenzialmente divisa in due categorie: da un lato abbiamo quello che lui chiamava esperimenti, dall'altro una vasta antologia di miracoli di ogni genere. Gli esperimenti venivano eseguiti attorno ad un tavolo, a casa sua o a casa di qualcun'altro. Vi erano solitamente dalle 5 alle 10 persone presenti. I suoi "strumenti" erano solitamente composti da spessi fogli bianchi e da un normalissimo pacco di carte da gioco. Fogli di carta e carte da gioco erano spesso nuove di zecca ed ancora avvolti nel loro involto originale. A volte uno dei presenti soleva acquistare o portare da casa propria dei fogli o delle carte da gioco. I was born in Rome in 1975 where I lived for 18 years before moving to the UK where I studied and worked for 8 years. Following this period I then returned to Italy for work purposes where I have been living ever since.
I am bilingual mother tongue in Italian & English. I studied French, Spanish and German during my school years and then went on to study languages at University level. In 2004 I decided to take a Translation Specialization Course in Literature and Art followed in 2005 by a Masters Degree in Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreting. Both the latter in the Italian>English and English>Italian pairs.
