Characteristic: This gear head is a parallel shaft device that attaches to a motor for speed reduction purposes. Output speed is dependent on the internal gear ratio. Speed of motor with 1425 RPM at 50 HZ is reduced when gear head is attached to an output speed of 364 RPM at 50 HZ.
Area of Application: Gear head is connected to N motor and used in the Flex Auger Feed System for delivering feed from bins located outside of house to feeders in house. It is automatically controlled when feed is required.
Where Installed: It is mounted and attached to N motor overhead near ceiling on feed system for feed distribution.

“COMPANY NAME 1”, a company duly registered and validly existing in accordance with the laws of the England, registration certificate No. XXXXXX, issued on XX.XX.XXXX, having its registered office at the address: XXXXXXXXXXX in the name of sole director XXXXXX acting on the basis of the charter on one side (hereinafter referred to as “Lender”), “COMPANY 2” incorporated under the Laws of XXXXXXXX with registration number XXXXXXXX, registered office address-XXXXXXXX, represented by Director XXXXXXXX, who acts pursuant to the charter of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Borrower”), (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” and separately “Party”) have entered into this loan agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) on the following:
1. Subject of the Agreement

4. Bearer shares: Allowed, but must be kept under custodian
5. Directors: minimum one director (individual or legal entity but at least one of the directors must be individual – resident of Liechtenstein and must be licensed to work as a professional trustee in Liechtenstein)

9. Accountancy and audit requirements: Companies limited by shares must keep due accounts and prepare corresponding annual accounts and profit and loss accounts.
