Предмет на договора
Чл. 1. Собственикът се задължава да учреди на Предприемача право на строеж върху гореописаните поземлени имоти за построяване на жилищни сгради, съгласно предвижданията на подробните устройствени планове и изискванията на изготвените от предприемача инвестиционни проекти.
Чл. 919. Искове за развод, за обявяване недействителността на брака и за установяване съществуването или не на брак между страните (брачни искове) са подсъдни на областния съд, в района на който е обикновеното жилище на ответника.
Ако ответникът не живее в страната, искът е подсъден на областния съд, в района на който живее ищецът.
Непълнолетни, ограничено запретени и поставени под пълно запрещение поради осъждане могат сами да предявят брачни искове и да отговарят на такива.
Translation - English Superficies Agreement
Subject of the Agreement
Art. 1. The Owner shall grant to the Developer the right of superficies over the foregoing described landed property to serve for the construction of residential buildings, in compliance with the expectations for the detailed site development plans and the requirements of the investment projects, prepared by the developer.
Art. 919. Divorce petitions, serving to announce the marriage nullity or to establish the presence or absence of marriage between the parties (divorce petition) are presented in the district competent court of jurisdiction, located in the region of the defendant’s regular residence.
In case that the defendant resides outside the country, the petition is presented in the competent court of jurisdiction in the region of the claimant’s residence.
Minors, persons under limited interdiction and under full interdiction, due to conviction, may present petitions in person or respond to such petitions.

Журналистката Елена Йончева представи в понеделник в Евро-българския културен център своята нова поредица от документални филми "Общи граници", представяща различни аспекти от живота в България и Англия.
В проекта, финансиран от Британското посолство, се разглеждат теми като футбол, здравеопазване, образование, полиция, наркотрафик, медии и опазване на държавните граници както у нас, така и на Острова.
"Филмите са информативни и забавни и представят както различията, така и общото в начина на живот на хората в България и Великобритания, тяхното всекидневие, мечтите и очакванията им за бъдещето", каза на представянето британският посланик Джеръми Хил. Според него проектът е в подкрепа на бъдещото ни членство в Европейския съюз.
Translation - English The journalist Elena Yontcheva presented her new series of documentaries “Common Borders” on Monday in the Euro-Bulgarian Cultural Centre. The production examines different aspects of the way of life in Bulgaria and England.
Financed by the British Embassy, the project looks at themes such as soccer, healthcare, education, the police, drug traffic, media, and the defense of state borders at home as well as on the Albion.
The British Ambassador Jeremy Hill stated at the presentation: “The movies are informative, entertaining, and representative of the differences and commonalities in the lifestyle of the people in Bulgaria and Great Britain, their daily life, dreams, and expectations for the future.”
In his view, the project backs our future membership in the European Union.
