Seitdem die Kaufhalle Knüller Kiste – die ganze Welt für 99 Pfennig neben unserem Haus auf der Schönhauser Allee ihre Türen geöffnet hat, hat sich unsere Wohnung immer mehr in eine Testzentrale für internationale Fehlgeburten der modernen haushaltselektronik verwandelt. Meine Frau geht gern in diesem Laden einkaufen. Sie nennt es Soft-Shopping, weil man dort sein leichtes Konsumfieber ohne große finanzielle Verluste kurieren kann.
Das erste Wunder der Technik, das sie in der Knüller-Kiste eroberte, war ein Mückenvertreiber, der laut der beiliegenden Instruktionen nicht nur blutdürstige Insekten und Kakerlaken, sondern auch alle denkbaren Nagetiere bis zu fünf Kilo Lebendgewicht aus der Wohnung fern hält. Und das durch bloßes Aussenden hoher Frequenzen, die für das menschliche Ohr vollkommen unhörbar sind. In unserer Wohnung gab es aber weder Insekten noch Nagetiere, nur unsere Katze Marfa, die man nicht einmal mit einer Motorsäge von ihrem Lieblingsheizkörper in der Küche trennen könnte. Im Kinderzimmer hatten wir jedoch eine Mücke, die schon lange bei uns lebte und sich entsprechend anständig benahm: Sie summte leise, aß haupsächlich vegetarisch und war mit der Zeit ein vollwertiges Mitglied unserer Familie geworden. Bei dieser Mücke nun wollte meine Frau die vernichtende Kraft der modernen Technik prüfen.
“Wenn es tatsächlich stimmt, was in der Gebrauchsanweisung steht, dann werde ich dieses Gerät meiner Mutter im Nordkaukasus schicken. In ihrem Dorf gibt es jedes Jahr richtig fette Mücken, außerdem Ratten und Mäuse. Die Bewohner sind hilflos. Aber nicht mehr lange", meinte meine Frau.
Abends schalteten wir das Gerät an, und ein Rotlicht-Lämpchen begann zu blinken. Die hohen Frequenzen verbreitenten sich sofort in unserer Wohnung. Wir merkten nichts davon. Die Mücke im Kinderzimmer auch nicht. Dafür aber unser Nachbar. Er war die ganze Nacht wach und ging in sinem Zimmer hin und her. Merkwürdige Geräusche drangen aus der Wohnung nebenan zu uns, als würde der Mann sich gegen die Wand werfen. Bums! Tratatatata. Bums! Tratatatata. Er sprang gegen die Wand, kehrte zu seiner Ausgangsposition zurück und nahm erneut Anlauf. Wir befürchteten schon, er würde sich unter dem Einfluss der hohen Frequenzen in ein Insekt verwandeln. Meine Frau behauptete sogar gehört zu haben, wie der Nachbar bereits einige Male die Decke gestreift hätte. Ich glaubte jedoch nicht, dass man eine derartig komplexe Verwandlung in einer Nacht durchmachen konnte. So etwas braucht Zeit. Außerdem hat unser Nachbar einen viel zu großen Bierbauch, um sich an der Decke halten zu können. Trotzdem machten wir uns große Sorgen um ihn. Gleich am nächsten Morgen ging ich nach nebenan und fragte unseren Nachbarn, wie es ihm gehe. Er erzählte, er hätte ein Dart-Spiel von seinem Kollegen geschenkt bekommen und die ganze Nacht gespielt. Der Mückenvertreiber schien keine Wirkung zu haben. Trotz dieses schlechten Testergebniss schickten wir das Gerät in den Nordkaukasus zu meiner Schwiegermutter.

Ever since the Treasure Chest shopping center (“The Whole World For 99¢”) opened up next door to us on Schönhauser Allee, our apartment has become a bona fide testing center for the international stillborn of modern home electronics. My wife loves it there. She calls it “soft shopping” because you can cure consumer fever without spending too much.
The first technological wonder she unearthed at The Treasure Chest was a mosquito repellent with instructions boasting that it wouldn’t just keep blood-thirsty insects and cockroaches out of the house, but any conceivable rodent weighing up to five kilograms as well. And it would do so merely by transmitting high frequencies completely inaudible to the human ear. There were neither insects nor rodents in our apartment – just our cat Marfa, who couldn’t be separated from her favorite radiator in the kitchen with a power saw. We did, however, have a mosquito in the kids’ room. It had already lived with us for a long time, and it behaved itself accordingly: It buzzed quietly, kept a basically vegetarian diet, and over time had become a full-fledged member of our family. Now my wife wanted to test the destructive power of modern technology on this mosquito.
“If it really does what the instructions say, I’m going to send this gizmo to my mother in the North Caucasus. There are big, fat mosquitoes in her town every year, on top of all the rats and mice. The people who live there are helpless. But not anymore,” thought my wife.
In the evening we turned the gadget on and a little red light started blinking. The high frequencies spread immediately throughout our apartment. We didn’t notice any of it. The mosquito in the kids’ room didn’t either. The only change was in our neighbor. He was up all night walking back and forth in his room. We heard strange noises from his apartment as though he was throwing himself against the wall. Boom! Tratatatata. Boom! Tratatatata. He would leap against the wall, go back to where he started from, and start all over again. We started to worry that he had turned into an insect under the influence of the high frequencies. My wife went so far as to claim that she had already heard him touch the ceiling a few times. I didn’t believe such a complex transformation could happen in one night, though. That sort of thing takes time. And besides, our neighbor’s beer belly was much too big for him to be able to hold onto the ceiling. We were very concerned for him nonetheless. I went next door first thing the next morning to ask our neighbor how he was doing. He said that a colleague had given him a dart game, and he had stayed up playing it all night. The mosquito repellent apparently had apparently done nothing. Despite its poor test results, we sent it to my mother-in-law in North Caucasus.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Separieren eines obersten Blattes von einem Vorratsstapel mit Luftblasmitteln im Bereich einer mit Unterdruck arbeitenden, ein Blattwölbmittel aufweisenden Blatt-Transporteinheit zwecks Erfassen des separierten obersten Blattes und Zuführen zu einer Bearbeitungsstation in einem Blattbearbeitungsgerät.
Bei bekannten Blattbearbeitungsgeräten wie zum Beispiel Kopierern sind erste und zweite Luftblasmittel der Blattsepariervorrichtung stromabwärts vor dem Vorratsstapel quer zu einer Transportbahn angeordnet und wirken entgegen der Blatt-Transportrichtung, in einem Winkel zur waagerechten Lageebene der Blätter ansteigend, auf den oberen Bereich des Blattstapels ein, der mittels einer gesteuerten Hubeinrichtung auf eine vorbestimmte gleiche Höhenlage positionierbar ist. Mittels des von einer Druckluftquelle gespeisten ersten Luftblasmittels mit einer im Bereich einer Mittellinie des Stapels und der Transportbahn angeordneten Luftdüse und der zweiten Luftblasmittel mit mehreren beidseitig der Mittellinie und des ersten Luftblasmittels angeordneten Luftdüsen, werden dabei Luftstrahlen mit geringem Luftüberdruck sowie mit verschiedenen Ausrichtungen und Durchmessern einerseits zum Auffächern durch Anheben von mehreren Blättern des oberen Blattstapelbereiches und andererseits zum Trennen durch Anheben des obersten Blattes vom Stapels sowie zum Zurückhalten eines dem obersten Blatt nachfolgenden, anhaftenden Blattes erzeugt.
Aus EP-B1-0 612 680 ist eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zum Separieren durch Anheben eines obersten Blattes von einem Vorratsstapel in einem Kopierer bekannt, bei der einerseits ein erstes mittig zum Blattstapel und zur Blatt-Transportbahn angebrachtes Luftblasmittel mit einer einzelnen eine relativ groβe trapezförmige Öffnung (7,62 x 6,35 mm bis 15,24 x 19,90 mm) aufweisenden Luftdüse angeordnet ist und andererseits ein zweites in Blatt-Transportrichtung versetztes Luftblasmittel mit jeweils drei, beidseitig der Mittellinie der Transportbahn angebrachten Luftdüsen jeweils mit relativ groβer halbkreisförmiger Öffnung (7,87 bis 24,65 mm2) angeordnet sind. Die Ausrichtung der Luftstrahlen zur waagerechten Lageebene der Blätter in Richtung gegen den oberen Bereich des Blattstapels, liegt für den Luftstrahl des ersten Luftblasmittels und für die Luftstrahlen des zweiten Luftblasmittels in einem Winkelbereich zwischen 25 bis 35 Grad. Der Luftüberdruck der Luftstrahlen liegt etwa bei 30 mbar und wird von ein oder zwei steuerbaren Druckluftquellen an den Luftdüsen der Luftblasmittel erzeugt und während eines Betriebszyklus konstant gehalten.
Nachteilig ist hierbei, daβ bedingt durch die groβen Luftdüsenöffnungen und den geringen Überdruck der Luftstrahlen ein oberstes Blatt bei Verwendung einer schweren, dicken oder stark aneinander haftenden Blatt-/Papier-Sorte nur schwer oder gar nicht einzeln vom Stapel separierbar und wegtransportierbar ist. Somit ist der Bereich verwendbarer Blatt-/Papier-Sorten für eine sichere Arbeitsweise, d.h., sicheres Separieren und Vermeiden eines Doppelblatt-Transports, stark eingeschränkt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die diese genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist, sondern, mittels der Blätter unterschiedlichster Sorten nacheinander zuverlässig und effizient vom Blatt-Vorratsstapel einem Blattbearbeitungsgerät zugeführt werden können.

The invention concerns a device for separating a top sheet from a supply stack with an air pocket device within range of a sheet conveyance unit that works with upward pressure and has a sheet-arching implement for the purpose of gripping the separated top sheet and feeding into a processing station in a sheet processing mechanism.
Among known sheet processing mechanisms, such as copiers for example, are the sheet separation device's first and second air pocket devices, set downstream from the supply stack, at an angle to a conveyance path and acting on the upper area of the sheet stack counter to the direction of the sheet conveyance at a gradient angle to the sheets' horizontal plane, which can be positioned at a predetermined equal elevation by guided lifting gear. By means of the first air pocket device, which is fed by a compressed air source, with an air nozzle positioned within the range of a stack center line and the conveyance path, and the second air pocket device with several air nozzles positioned on both sides of the center line and the first air pocket device, air jets will thereby lead, on one hand, to fanning out by lifting several sheets from the upper area of the sheet stack, and on the other hand to separation by lifting the top sheet from the stack while holding back a subsequent sheet adhered to the top sheet with slight excess air pressure as well as with different orientations and diameters.
From EP-B1-0 612 680, a device of the kind mentioned above for separation by lifting a top sheet from a supply stack in a copier is known, in which, on one hand, a first air pocket device, situated in the center of the sheet stack and the sheet conveyance path, with a single air nozzle with a relatively large trapezoidal opening (7.62 x 6.35mm to 15.24 x 19.90 mm), and on the other hand a second air pocket device positioned in the direction of the sheet conveyance while also having three air nozzles situated on both sides of the center line of the conveyance path, each with a relatively large, semicircular opening (7.87 to 24.65mm2), are set. For the air jet of the first air pocket device and for the air jet of the second air pocket device, the air jets are set against the upper area of the sheet stack at an angle of 25-35º to the sheets' horizontal plane. The excess air pressure of the air jets is approximately 30 mbar and is produced by one or two controllable compressed air sources on the air pocket device air nozzles and held constant during an operational cycle.
A disadvantage of this is that, as a result of the large air nozzle openings and the slight excess air pressure of the air jets, when using a sheet or paper type that is heavy, thick or those which strongly adhere to each other, a top sheet is only separable and transportable away from the stack with difficulty or in multiples. This results in a drastic reduction in the range of usable sheet or paper types for reliable operation, i.e. reliable separation and the prevention of a double-sheet conveyance.
The objective of the invention is to create a device of the above-mentioned kind that does not have these disadvantages, but will be able to dependably and efficiently feed sheets of the most diverse types in succession from the sheet supply stack in a sheet processing instrument.

1. Regalsystem mit eingehängten Rosten (1), wobei die Roste aus parallel zueinander laufenden Längsprofilen (6) bestehen, die sich über Kopfleisten (3) an querverlaufenden Balken (4) abstützen, und wobei die Längsprofile (6) einen obenliegenden Rücken und senkrecht dazu verlaufende Seitenflächen aufweisen, jedoch nach unten offen ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsprofile (6) an den Seitenflächen mit durch Einschnitte (10) erzeugbare Abbiegungen (11) versehen sind, die aus den Seitenflächen der Längsprofile (6) herausgebogen sind und daß die Abbiegungen (11) auf jeweils einem Umbug (5) an den Kopfleisten (3) aufliegen, wobei die Kopfleiste (3) an den Balken (4) des Regelsystems (2) eingehängt ist.
2. Regalsystem nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Überlappungsbereich jeder Abbiegung (11) mit dem jeweiligen Umbug (5) der Kopfleiste (3) Punktschweißverbindungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
3. Regalsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Überlappungsbereich jeder Abbiegung (11) mit dem jeweiligen Umbug (5) der Kopfleiste (3) Niet- oder Schraubenverbindungen (12) vorgesehen sind, wobei auch Niet-verbindungen durch Hinterschneidung ohne Niet möglich sind.
4. Regalsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbiegungen (11) von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Längsprofilen (6) sich überlappend angeordnet sind.

Regalsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbiegungen (11) in Form von zungenförmigen Widerhaken (8) ausgebildet sind und der jeweilige Umbug (5) der Kopfleisten (3) mit Schlitzen (7) in der Weise versehen ist, daß die Widerhaken (8) in die Schlitze (7) einsteckbar sind und die Widerhaken (8) zur Erzeugung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung nach dem Einstecken umbiegbar sind. (Sie also genau wie die gepunkteten Lappen allerdings unterhalb des Kopfleistenumbugs liegen (nach rechts und links).
